Excellent service! I went in for my annual maintenance, and was treated so well from the beginning. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, treated to drinks and snacks, and helped immediately by Guy, a service advisor. As I waited for the maintenance to be completed, Guy kept me updated on the status and explained everything they were doing. When complete he gave me a complete overview of what they did. The car wash was broken at the time so he also gave me a discount on the maintenance. While I waited, I was also checked on by two or three additional staff members just asking if I needed anything. Great service and great experience!

Bad experience after bad experience I will never ever buy another Range Rover… first when I purchased the vehicle the sales associate didn’t think I could afford the car and questioned my income when I told him I owned my own business I had to go throw the sales manager to purchase that was at the Land Rover in Atlanta…1 month after having my car the car wash cracks my sunroof closest Land Rover is 90miles away… I call Land Rover of Birmingham and the inform me that they outsource the repair I need a send my to this piece of shit auto glass shop… a made an appointment for Saturday at 10am it’s now 1130 and I’m still waiting for the owner to show up which he told me he was on his way about an hour ago…
