WORSTSERVICEEVER. Management seriously need to take a hard look at themselves and the restaurant. Me and my girlfriend walked in and waited a few minutes, then the server decided to serve the people who just walked in and ignored us. After I spoke up the gentleman refused to give us menus and we sat there for another 10 minutes. Upon ordering, the waitress brought me the wrong burger, I mean I get that mistakes happen, but then my girlfriends burger tasted like someone spilled a salt shaker on it. Will probably never return.

First time here. I had a regular hamburger fries and Coke. The good — The food was pretty good. The Coke was refilled quickly when I ran out. So the service was very good. The bad — the price 13.50 is probably the most expensive burger lunch I have ever had. With tip it was 15.50. The restroom was not clean. I probably won’t go back.

Not sure what has happened here. So disgusting. Actually kind of scared to eat here. Bathrooms: filthy Seats: torn, sunken in, broken Menus: something stuck on them.

From the Johnny Rockets web site, you see a atmosphere of a retro 50’s type diner. For an upscale area you would not expect to see a dingy/worn out place with torn booth seats, the veneer peeling and chipping off the booths that were just plain worn out and the floor was dirty with a dirt ring all around the edges. The restaurant was not crowded when we went for a Friday afternoon. The waitress was attentive and helpful at first, she forgot the sauce on the side for the burger and the ranch dressing for the onion rings and we politely reminded her and she went and got this promptly. When we were done all her good attitude went out the window. The food arrived cooked as ordered and was very good. Fries & onion rings were hot and crispy. The shakes were thick and good and as ordered. But for spending almost $ 50 including the tip, for 2 this included 2 double burgers, 2 milkshakes, 2 ½ and ½(onion rings and fries combo) this was way over priced and would have been better to go to Whataburger, with a cleaner more update restaurant. The only thing retro about this restaurant, was the juke box on the table, the milkshake glasses and holder. The staff was friendly at first but at the end, they gave you the feeling of your bothering me attitude(I interrupted them talking to each other) when I asked for a box and bag to go, even though they were not busy. Keep driving and go to a nice sit down place down the street, you will be happier.

My 5 year old loves this place mainly due to the milkshakes which I have to admit are pretty good. I generally think it is just mediocre and they need to do a thorough cleaning. This particular visit will be my last. There was a HUGE roach crawling on the wall behind our booth and the management’s lack of concern worries me. We didn’t finish our meal and will not be back.

Unbelievable. Literally unbelievable how high this place is. I bought a hamburger and a Coke and it cost me nearly $ 10. What??? That is insane. Don’t eat here unless you are Scrooge McDuck or Donald Trump.

I had a great time here but I thought my chicken sandwich was over seasoned. My malt was delicious and I was stuffed after I ate.

I walked in with my twin one-year-old girls at 1:45. At 2:05, we had received no service and we’re still sitting at the booth with not even water. I was able to pack up our crew and walk out the door without anybody apologizing or saying a word.

Great speed of service, attentive with drink refills and customer service abounds. Some relatively new menu items have expanded the menu, and the new flavored Ketchups are great(try the Chipotle). I usually opt for the Houston sauce on any burger or chicken, even on the fries. Today’s Bacon Cheese was excellent. Unfortunately, I was too full for a milkshake. Feeling creative? Make your own shake: Root Beer Fudge is divine.

If you want to take a trip back in time, Johnny Rockets is the place to dine. In the genre of a 50’s soda shop, you will find the self-serve juke box on the table complete with the oldies loaded. Burgers are made fresh to order as are the fries and shakes. That being said, the food is good enough. Service is usually good and there is the option of outdoor dining.

Always a great place for an authentic tasting milk shake! The burgers and fries have never disappointed, I tried the grilled chicken sandwich which was delicious. The service from the staff is starting to lack, but the food is still worth it. Love the old diner style!

Just ate there with the in laws, good food, fast service. My father in law was the only one who didn’t have a burger. He had the chili dog and wasn’t that impressed, it looked rather small. The burgers were great as were the fries and onion rings. We had a great server who was very attentive. We were lucky to get a table on a Friday evening at dinner rush. I could see returning to eat here, I will stick with the burgers.

This location always seems to have a wait around lunch time on Saturdays. Had the chili burger. Didn’t realize how messy it was as it is served with open bun, patty on one bun, and chili on both sides. Chili cheese fries — small serving but still good. Be sure to mix that chili and cheese in. Oreo shake — always gotta have your shake at Johnny Rockets. One of the last few places that still serve classic old fashioned milkshakes. Service bad — waitress didn’t clear our empty glasses. She merely refilled water and left cups and dirty dishes on end of table. Need your check/ticket? We had track her down ourselves.

Ordered original hamburger without relish and mayonnaise, onion rings and Oreo milkshake. Wish I had told them to also hold the mustard because there was a lot on the top and bottom bun. Onion rings were good. Milkshake was better the last time I had it here.

Awesome burger place. Good atmosphere. Watch them cook your burgers. Fresh beef not premade patties. Yummy milkshakes too.
