I came here before for a deep tissue massage and it was phenomenal. That said — as nice as the staff is, I think their mani/pedi are way overpriced for what you get. My lady was so awesome and sweet, and I would totally hang out with her socially, and she did a good job, but it wasn’t phenomenal. I had such a nice time talking with her though I tipped well based on her personality. I was less than pleased to wait over 20 min past my appointment time, and there was no one else there getting nails done. Everyone was friendly, and the massage chair was great. But again, not worth the price tag. I’ll come back for massages as I think those are reasonable.

When you pay for an hour-long facial, you expect your face to be attended to for an hour, right? Yet I was brought to the room late, waited 10 minutes for the esthetician to come into the room after I changed, and she finished the facial early — adding up to about a 40 minute facial. On top of that, the lights were very bright in the room making it hard to relax AND I broke out very badly the next day. It was not very clean and not professional. Definitely will not be going back.

Went for a facial and it was super relaxing! My esthetician Jasmine was very sweet and even gave me a free sample. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because I thought it could have been a little cleaner. Other than that the service was amazing!

My first visit! I made a last minute appointment for deep tissue massage and they gladly took me in with 20 minute notice. I had 60 minute deep tissue massage with Amanda and she was so great and thorough. I’ve never been so relaxed in my life and wondered why I haven’t done this for myself yet. I highly recommend Amanda. Great location as well — it was very easy to find. Parking spaces are limited but I didn’t have any trouble finding one in the back building. I came a little earlier to fill out some paper work and the receptionist made me a mimosa while I was filling out the paperwork! Wonderful customer service overall. I can’t wait for my next visit. My body will thank me.

Friendly staff, calm and relaxing, a Christmas present well spent! Each of us had a 60-min relaxation massage; Amy and Amanda were very nice, great job!

My best friend and I were in town for a long weekend and decided we wanted to treat ourselves to a spa day with the works. Unilocal led us to the spa based on the numerous 5 star reviews so we did some digging around on their website. We noticed that they offered many spa packages with some catering not only to couple but also to best friends! One package called«A Winter Romance» offers each person an hour long massage, an hour long facial and a pedicure. And it was listed on the website for $ 350! We had to do a double take at the price because when you split it in half, it seems like waaay too good of a deal to pass up! I called earlier in the week before our trip there and they were able to schedule my friend and I with no problems. Several days before I received an email confirming our appt with a price that was higher than stated on the website. My friend was able to call to clear everything up and they honored the price on the website even though it was not correct. Our entire spa day experience was probably the highlight of our trip. Who doesn’t like being pampered for 3 hours nonstop?! I think our favorite treatment was the hour long massage. My BFF and I were both placed in the same room and given complimentary robes and slippers for changing into if needed. The room was dimly lit with candles and heated massage tables. Honestly, I passed out from relaxation sometime during the massage but it was heavenly. The heated stones on the back were a nice touch. Our facials followed right after in the same room but with different therapists. It was relaxing but I realized it wouldn’t be the type of facial I am used to since there was no light in the room. Instead of having skin analyzed and extracted, it was more of a skin wash/cleanse using different cleansers, scrubs and masques and lots of warm towels. It was very relaxing but one hour was way more than enough. We both commented that we wished we could’ve just tacked on an hour to our massage! Once the facial was finished, we were allowed to change and brought to the pedicure room. I realized I was in skinny jeans and that I needed to change back into my robe. They suggested I change behind the curtains in that room. I thought that was a little odd since it wasn’t really a secure and private space but I hurriedly changed with no issues. DJ was my nail technician. She came off a little rough on my feet at first which I’m not used to but I have to say that she worked wonders on my toes and feet. I was amazed that she didn’t have to use nail clippers and actually FILED down my toenails to a shorter length. She used some type of scrub on my feet but I don’t really remember the details of it. I was pleasantly happy with the job she did though and would recommend her if you’re ok with someone with a strong and firm grip. They have massage pedicure chairs here but it is optional on whether you prefer the massage option. We did find out that we were each entitled to a complimentary meal from one of the many restaurants in their booklet of menus– because of the package we were purchasing. Unfortunately we weren’t informed ahead of time so we ate prior to our visit. Since we were full, they accommodated us and picked up cupcakes from Dreamcakes across the street. Upon checkout, we inquired about the regular price for each service so that we could tip appropriately. They were able to break down and split the package between both of us so that 2 cards could be charged and we could leave our own tips. I liked that it wasn’t a huge headache and that they made the process simple. Sidenote– they really want you to relax here. It’s hard to get any sort of wifi signal but I don’t think that it’s on purpose.

Came here for a pedicure and it was worth the trip from Alabaster. A little more expensive than the nail salon around the corner, but so wonderfull. I started with champagne and had a lovely pedi. Felt like a princess, I will definitly come back here!

My sister booked this place for my bachelorette spa day for my 3 bridesmaids and me. Unfortunately the spa was anything but relaxing. My expectant sister(her doctor told her it absolutely ok for her to get a massage and this was told to the manager) was avoided by the employees for at least 40 minutes while everyone else was getting massages and facials, only after my older sister asked another employee where my sisters masseuse was and why was she not receiving the paid for services. We also scheduled 4 manicures and pedicures. My sister made sure we could all be together. They usher 3 of us into the nail spa area, my expectant sister was off getting a facial at this point, we told the manager we wanted to wait for her. She assured us we were only getting started and wouldn’t start without her. A few moments later she comes back and says by the way one of you four will have to wait because we only have 3 nail techs. Well they told my sister over the phone that everyone would be together and getting their nails done together. The fourth pedicure chair, which we thought they had ready for my absent sister was actually for an appointment that was 30 minutes later. A few minutes later I went into the waiting area to grab something, and my expectant sister had been left there after they told us she would be brought in the nail spa area after her facial. I let her take my place to get her manicure done first. She had been left out of the entire day, and I was hoping this would make her feel better. 30 minutes later the appointment for the 4th chair showed up and lo and behold so did a fourth nail tech. They told us they only had 3, then this mysterious 4th tech shows up. Then after everyone was done and I was waiting for a manicure, the nail tech who did my pedicure was working on my sister, but the other two were on their phones. They ignored me, and then told me that they couldn’t do my manicure because the other girl had started. So you’re just going to get on your phone in front of customers? This spa day was not worth the price or the mistreatment by the staff. I do not recommend for groups; however their solo packages are good.
