Bella Bridesmaids

I love this store and the staff there! I ordered my daughter’s flower girl dress there and when I picked it up, it was the wrong color. When I notified the staff, they quickly told me that they would take care of it and get the right dress, which they did. Then I ordered a matching American Girl dress. They called to tell me it was in, but I forgot to pick it up prior to them closing for the holidays. I sent an email to the store (which was already closed) and the staff went above and beyond to help me and I was able to get the dress prior to the ½/​16 wedding. The customer service here is top notch!!! I would encourage any bride to consider this store for bridesmaids and/​or flower girl dresses.

I would really like to give this shop a great review, but honestly my experience had been nothing but a hassle. I’m in a wedding next weekend, and am very disappointed in my dress.
First, if you don’t live in the city, you have to order your dress via fax, which I find ridiculous. AND since there aren’t many stores in the state, you can’t get a complimentary measuring unless you visit the Birmingham store.
Second, the dresses are extremely overpriced. I’ll go into detail on the quality, but $ 300 is not an appropriate price for a bridesmaids dress. Ever.
Third, they ordered the wrong size. I didn’t find this out until months after ordering the dress, because it takes a long time for the dresses to come in. They ordered a size too small, so extra fabric was needed to mend it. They were super nice, and paid to get it altered, but THEY picked up the dress from the alteration place before I got a second fitting. So now the dress does not fit well at all. It’s way too big in some places and too snug in others.
Fourth — and this is where I’m the most unhappy — the dress is not well made. The fabric is not high quality, I’m already finding fraying and it’s just not worth $ 300.
Overall, the girls are super nice, but their lack of organization and overpriced, low quality products will prevent me from recommending this place.

They are so awesome! One week before the wedding, they helped me fix an alterations nightmare by contacting the manufacturer and sourcing new material that I could get delivered in time. They followed up, cared about making it happen, and really made a huge difference. I would definitely shop there again and love the dresses we are wearing from their shop.
