Pretty nice hotel. Soft beds, great pillows. The rooms seemed outdated. Smaller then most Comfort Inns we have been to. Checking in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and the maids didn’t wake us up, which is a plus for us… Would stay here again.

Stayed here before — not sure why other than they offer smoking rooms. First checked in and the TV didn’t work — satellite problems or so they said. They moved me to another room — worked fine in there? Noticed that there was a bug on the top ledge of the molding — bet it had been there a while — left a post it not so the cleaning crew might catch it. I don’t mean to sound bigoted but why is it that the Indians cannot clean a hotel properly. I feel they piece meal it and repair just enough to keep the franchise. Not one of my favorites — and probably will not be back.

Charging a 2 night minimum without informing the person your taking money from us Abject Theft!!! The manager should be ashamed.

I’m disappointed to write such a negative review because the first lady I spoke with at this place was so nice. I originally had a two night reservation but called and changed it to one night several weeks in advance of my stay. During that call, they didn’t tell me there was a two night minimum because of a football game in town. So my husband and I stayed only Saturday night but they charged me for Saturday-Monday. When I called to inquire about the unexpected charge, I was assured they would speak to the manager and get back to me. A week later with no response, I called them back and spoke with a different employee who informed me that it was«my job as a customer» to request a new confirmation number and then go online to make sure they didn’t mess it up. So we wound up paying $ 200 for our one night stay. Our room was kind of dark and didn’t seem particularly clean. The walls were thin, so we got to listen to the people in the next room argue all morning. The bed was comfortable, which was good, but comfortable bed or not, I just feel ripped off. Bottom line, there are just so many nicer hotels in the area – spend your time and money somewhere else.

I am uniquely qualified to review this place because from May 2011 to May 2012 I stayed there a total of at least 200 days. I watched the place systematically go downhill. Because of the price and the consulting company I was forced to stay there. First they started cutting back on the breakfasts, the meats disappeared, then the eggs disappeared, I actually had to complain to the corporate headquarters. The staff that were worth anything were dropping like flies. Then essentials in the room started going away, towels went from 6 to a room to two to a room, shampoos, gone, pad and paper, gone, The walls and ceilings thin as paper, very noisy. The Wi-fi circuit for the whole place was a 1MB home circuit and it was slower than dial up, I again had to complain to corporate to get them to upgrade it! It was sad to witness.

We stayed here in October 2010. This hotel was clean, the price was a little much, and the walls were way too thin. The neighbor below us thought we were jumping around even though we were just walking across the floor. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. I would try and stay some where else if you can. I don’t recommend this place for the price. I’ve stayed at better for cheaper.
