Weddings, holidays, company events, you name it, these guys have something for it, and will take care of you like you are a part of their family, or, eh, «famiglia»… Whether you want a variety of finger foods, more substantial entrée dishes, or a traditional holiday turkey and dressing meal, they are the best around. Oh, and their Italian desserts are to die for! Not only is their food delicious, but they always deliver it on time and with a smile. They will drop it off with dishes, hot plates, utensils etc, and come pick them up the next day for smaller or more intimate gatherings, or they will provide staff to serve and tend to guests for larger parties. There is no reason to look anywhere else when it comes to catering, The Char House is the best because their number one ingredient is love!

Yep– these folks are among the few remaining who still subscribe to the old school philosophy– that’s how they’ve been in business for so long. While their staples like homemade Italian sausage (Original recipe from Sicily) and assorted pastas remain on their menu, you’ll also find that delicious contemporary delights like bacon wrapped dates, grace it as well. They’re pros at catering everything from a taligate party with savory hot wings and steaming sliders to a formal dinner featuring mouth watering beef tenderloin.
They’ll supply everything you need from silver chafers, to serving staff. On top of that– they not only set it up– they CLEAN it up.
Both our business, and our family, have used them exclusively for the past 15 years– and we’d never consider calling anyone else.
P.S– Mr. Louis does an INCREDIBLE moist turkey and savory dressing for the holidays… just get your heirloom platter ready, and have them deliver to your back door… they are also very good at keeping secrets ;)
