I’ve come here several times for eyebrow threading. I’m not sure how this place stays open, it’s so empty all the time… The last time I came, the woman was watching a show on her phone and she wouldn’t stop watching during my appointment. She also didn’t wash her hands… I decided not to tip because I didn’t appreciate the experience. The next time I walked by, I noticed the price had gone up $ 2. What?! I’m sorry but I don’t feel like paying more because you don’t have enough business. I really needed my brows done today, so I decided to give it a try again. I was glad to see the price has gone back down to $ 10AND there was a guy who could provide the service! Walking to the chair, he coughed into his hands, so I looked around for a sink and said«is it ok if I wash my hands?» I thought it may help my chance of him washing his hands, but he could care less. So… service was fine. I do appreciate having them here, but since I work in this industry and know it’s important to have a clean presentation, I don’t feel like paying more when they only have enough time to get me in and out of the chair… but aren’t busy. Maybe next time they’ll be a bit friendlier and wash up? My friend told me there is a place on green springs that is also $ 10. Very nice, very clean, and other customers too! I’ll make an excuse to be in that area next time.
