Saturday 4÷11÷15 flight 2433 from billings to Seattle was due to leave at 6am. We taxied but returned to terminal for a computer problem with the new plane. While employees in the airport were kind, Horizon we all felt could have done something to get another plane here or fix the problem sooner. Seven hours after we were to depart horizon says we are leaving in 30 to 45 minutes. We shall see. They have made many statements and promises today that have been broken. Horizon needs improvement. Come on Horizon!!! You have wrecked a lot of people’s schedules today.

Horizon Airlines the little sister of Alaska airlines have always been a airline of top service. I fly a lot yeah the seats a bit narrow for my wide shoulders but it saves me over the others here in Billings. They deserve to be the airline of Billings they have the same quality of service as big sister and the best part is the beer and wine is complimentary and that always puts me in a good mood for the end destination
