Went here 4 of the 7 days we were in town! Really loved this shop. The bath bombs are beautiful and smell heavenly. The scrub is out of this world! Make sure you splurge on the scrub. It’s worth it. We picked up Christmas gifts and Dawn was so sweet to wrap them up for us so we wouldn’t have to! Def gonna be a regular stop when we are in town.

I seriously look forward to my visit at The Bath Workshop more than my actual vacation to Big Bear. Dawn is always so creative and helpful in customizing products to my unique tastes. I wish I could buy everything in the store and have Dawn mix different scents for me with each of them. See you soon, Dawn & The Bath Workshop!!!

Every trip to The Bath Workshop is a joy. We got some product samples in a gift basket a year ago, and we had to go in to try them out. Dawn was very friendly, very helpful, and most of all, PATIENT with my then– eight year-​old. I think we took three trips into The Bath Workshop last year before we moved away.
We came back to visit last week, and even after not seeing us for a year, Dawn remembered us, and remembered what we bought last year! She’s fantastic!
I love everything I’ve tried there. I am currently addicted to the Hydrating Mist. Thanks, Dawn!

I’m so excited I finally got to come here. Last year I had the misfortune of coming on one of the days they were closed. The woman working was very nice and informative. She gave me sample of the salt scrub which felt and smelled amazing. They have a lot of unique scent blends and you can make your own as well. I was sold when I saw they had a hogsmeade! I’m a huge Harry Potter nerd haha. I added pecan to it and it was great. The price of the salt is a little pricey but it is a fun and unique experience to get to make your own bath products. I’d definitely go back

Customer service was amazing — the woman working jumped right in to. Help me customize my scent. She mixed them on paper for me and made suggestions. I settled on a scent that is customized to me and then I picked the color Of my bubbles — so pampering
Uh soy candles — this is a big deal to those asthma sufferers.

There were two other customers when I was there and the nice young lady (Daughter of owners I think) helping us did a great job of juggling our needs. I was looking to create a fragrance for my oil diffuser and she spent a long time mixing oils for me test until we decided on Rose and Lavender. The shop was clean and set up in an organized/​nicely labeled way. Oh and the price was so so reasonable if not shockingly low for how much service you get to create the products. I was referred by another guest staying at the same B&B as we were and she raved about this place. I’m so glad we went!

This place is awesome !!! The customer service is great and such a fun hands on experience. I have used their lotion, scrub, and oil and all of them blew my sox’s off the products were such high quality and so moisturizing. I would recommend this place to the pickiest of shopper you will love it :)

Dawn was awesome! So helpful and made it a fun experience! My husband and I can never decide on a fragrance and she was so patient and found us a great combo. We bought oil perfume, deodorant, and shaving cream. I loved how the products were full of great ingredients too!

Spa paradise! I got so many relaxing things… soap, foot scrub and pumice, nail file, bath tea bags jelly beads, nail file, tweezers, cosmetic bag, sinus remedy, headache remedy, even an ornament. I’ll be pampering Mark and me big-​time tonight!

This is my favorite place to shop in Big Bear! You can blend your own scents and make bath scrubs, perfumes and linen sprays! Dawn has been there both times and is so friendly and helpful. She is full of ideas and even remembered us from last year!
I make a linen spray for summer that I use in my little suv. I blend the sun & fun scent with fig! It reminds me of using Coppertone as a little girl. Love it!
I have been to the Claremont location but Dawn really makes the Big Bear shop much more fun! Unfortunately, the friend I brought in was coming down with the flu so I couldn’t blow my vacation budget this time. Next time!

Love this store!!! Freshly made product and custom made scents!!! The lady at the store was very friendly and not pushy at all. I was not planning on purchasing anything but the sale I couldn’t resist after she tested the product on my hand I was sold. Love the exfoliating bath salt scrub.
