it was a little shop and the owner was very nice. the guy that also helped us return our rentals was very helpful too.

I’ve been here twice on my way to the slopes and I have been a happy customer every time. The owner from Argentina is a cool laid back guy who is reasonable and ready to offer you a great deal to accommodate your needs. I told him my budget and he showed me every thing I was looking for from low end to high. I’ve never rented from him because he offered me such great deals on buying my equipment well below cost. His prices are the same or lower than what you would find used on Craigslist. He also schooled me on the area as far as events and restaurants to try. This is a small shop but it’s the owner that gives you that personal touch.

He has decent gear, yes, but he mentioned a couple too many times how what my boyfriend was getting was «what the pros ride at Olympics, xgames…» That’s nice.
His prices are $ 15 for beg. set up, $ 25 for intermediate and $ 35 for advanced/​high end stuff.
The disappointment really came when we got on the mountain and realized there were layers of unscraped wax on the board still. My bf was sticking everywhere! The guy gave us a «$ 5 off next time card». That was fair.
We come back a couple weeks later and the guy wanted to charge my boyfriend $ 10 MORE than previous for the EXACT same set up. He didn’t accept the unethical business and got the same rate as before.
Will not be returning here again.

purchased a groupon for rental for this shop. noticed that sign outside was exactly same price as what Groupon had charged us. since we had purchased a 3 person rental four of us went in the car and ended up paying $ 60 plus the $ 45 we had paid groupon. The other 5 in the second car rented from Snow Summit. Rental was $ 20 each and service much better. Place was empty on pick up and drop off but the owner claimed he was too busy and so he only had the expensive equip left. The items at snow summit were actually better according to ski chalets web site.

Marcello the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. You half expect when you walk into a place like this to get some tatted punk with an attitude a mile wide so when you come into this place it’s such a breath of fresh wintery air to get such friendly service. Rental prices are fair and the deals he offers on purchases are great. When you rent for a couple days he offers the price of the rental to go towards a purchase so it is a great deal. Watch for it when you are approaching the town — it’s one of the first rental shops. Highly recommended!

The owner was really helpful here. Extremely nice, good attitude and their rates were «OK». Didn’t receive the discount that we were supposed to because of the cabin we were staying at. Some other places rentals were almost $ 10 cheaper for the high performance set. Aside from the cost, customer service and equipment was awesome which is one of the only reasons why I’d rent here again.

Excellent shop on the outskirts of town right off the main road. It is a must go if you are in need of buying or renting.
My girlfriend has purchased several boards from Massive and raves about it all the time. So, when the season kicked off in 2013 I took a trip to see Marcello. The shop has plenty of parking and welcomes you with a warm atmosphere and a smile — great things when it’s ~24 degrees outside.
Marcello was very personable and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me to purchase anything, rather he listened and answered all my questions and let me check out several different things while he rented boards to two of my friends. Rental boards were in great shape and at an excellent price!
After shopping for a while I had found the board I wanted, and after getting my girlfriends approval, I put it all together with bindings and an awesome panda stomp pad. Massive had everything I needed in stock to compare and set up my board the way I wanted. Marcello helped me set up the bindings and everything to my liking at a killer price!
As far as his suggestions, take them. He is very knowledgable and can help everyone, from beginner to expert. I LOVE my Ride Crush and TechNine bindings!
Also, one of my ratchets on my bindings stopped working by the end of the day and when we were returning the rentals, Marcello switched it out for me. He is all about helping the customer and doing what he loves. STRONGLY RECOMMEND VISITING.

Marcelo has great customer service and prices. His staff is very knowledgable and took the time to help up make our selections for what would suit us the best.

This is a hidden treasure that you must go. It’s the first store you will find before you go into the town.
The owner «Maselo», I think this is how it spell, :P is very friendly and helpful. It’s end of Jan this 2011 and it’s still the peak season but he already put out his product like up to 50% off on helmet and board package. WOW!!!
We found the latest 2011 design product there. A light blue helmet and a highlighter yellow board. Love them!!!
