Had a very good experience! Came in with my sister, ordered our food. They were very nice and greeted us very friendly. We ordered our food to go, and it was done very quickly. Once our order was ready we were walking out of the door and decided to make sure that the food was correct. We realized they gave us the wrong salad. We went up to the counter and let the know they gave us the wrong one. With no questions asked they made us the right salad in less than 5 minutes, and let us keep the other salad too. They have good service, but I would recommend checking your to go order before you take it.

I visited this location for the first time. It was also the first times I’ve ever been inside a Panera as I usually order take-out delivery, and I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. I had no idea there were that many tables in there. Quiets nooks, long group seating tables, comfy arm chairs, quaint two-tops, nosey window seats. I was impressed! So, like I said, I’ve never been into a Panera before and I had no idea how«the line» worked to order food. I felt a little awkward standing there trying to figure out if I was supposed to step to the right of the line to get a good look at the display case of goodies, or to the left. I soon realized that really no one on this particular morning seemed to have a clue either! Hahahaha– everyone just seemed to gather along the vinyl rope and pool at the register. I don’t know about you, but I’m a menu browser and I felt a little rushed to make my choice once at the counter. The pressure was on! I ordered a muffin for me and my daughter wanted a banana and what I thought was another muffin but turned out to be a cupcake. I asked for a large coffee and was handed an empty cup. Turns out you make your own coffee at the coffee bar set up by the front door. And my daughter ordered a lemonade. At first I thought they forgot it, but after getting her settled at a two-top with her banana and cupcake, I revisited the counter and noticed the cup to the far left on top of a very high counter. I guess that’s where you pick up your beverage. We’ll be back– hopefully with my husband and our boys, too.

For a place called«panera» you think their bread would be amazing. I ordered a panini, and it looked like a 5 yr old slapped some cheap, over processed turkey and yellow kraft cheese on some wonder bread and barely toasted it. So I returned it and they made me a basic turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, etc. Well, it looked the same as the panini. I will never go here again. And the guy making the sandwiches was rude and just throws the plates on the counter, in such a hurry, not saying anything, so you have to figure out if it’s yours or not. ok factory line worker. I won’t eat at this factory again. Oh, and one more thing, their salads have been lacking over the last yr. I used to always get a descent salad and the broccoli cheddar soup, but the lettuce is crap and they just went dry and boring on what used to be good salads. And the soup, they make you microwave your own soup to reheat it because it wasn’t hot enough when they served it to you. Too bad this place has gone down hill. I used to love it.

A step or two above airplane food. I live nearby and avoid this place. All 3 times I’ve been here I got something different than what I thought I was ordering. And when I ask the cashier about what’s in the sandwiches their answers don’t match what you actually get. Is it too much to put EXACTLY what is included on the menu? I’ll stand in line at Nicks down the street next time.

Everyone told me how nice panera bread was and I decided to go check it out. The cashier Terrance was very rude as I was not very familiar with the menu. I placed my order with my girlfriend and as I was on my way to my seat, I hear him say to another cashier«this is what I have to deal with» in a laughing tone. Other than that, the food and atmosphere were great but, don’t think I’ll be returning to this one.

Oh Panera. When I think that you can not taste any worse, I come to the Panera on Dodge Street. Food is terrible. Service is slow. And interestingly enough, you can never find a table to sit at. Seems strange to not be able to find a table at such a terrible restaurant. You would think it would be vacant.

Yes, usually all food from Panera tastes the same, but this one definitely does not. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had at Panera Bread. My Napa Chicken salad sandwich which was described by my order taker as one of his favorites had almost no flavor and to boot was served on white bread. Doesn’t Panera offer bread options? Maybe the order taker said something else. I was distracted by the nose ring, which obviously was not enhancing his ability to enunciate. I had to ask him to repeat his answers to my questions so often, I can only assume that this was the issue with the enunciation. The sandwich and service was so bad compared to the level of service I get from every other Panera I have ever visited. I cannot recommend this Panera, ever.

WARNING! THISESTABLISHMENTISTHECAUSEFOR A MAJOROUTBREAKOFSALMONELLA!!! I don’t think I’ve ever felt that sick in my life. My baby was sick for longer – I mean REALLY sick. He had so much vomiting, diarrhea and malaise that all he could do was lay on the bathroom floor. He became severely underweight. We went to the Emergency Room at Beverly Hospital and they took samples. I didn’t know it was Panera until my town health nurse called me and asked if my son and I had eaten at Panera in Beverly before our illness. Then she said that we were the 14th and 15th people to get sick eating at THIS establishment. Since the other Paneras don’t have an outbreak of this strain, it’s more than likely an employee or employees that are either not washing their hands after they defecate, or an individual or group of individuals that are doing something UNSPEAKABLE to the food. People that should be particularly cautious are pregnant women, infants, the elderly and those with compromised immune systems, as they could suffer severe long-term effects and possibly death from a bad case of salmonella. This place serves decent food, but its a joke that they write all natural all over their food. I’ve never seen any organic items make their way to their menu. Most of the food is very generic. The most delicious part of this place is their bread of course. Crappy Cheap Ingredients + Good Marketing = Justified Expensive Food Prices.

What can be said about this Panera Bread that can’t be said about the other ones? Very little. +Great sandwiches –Pricey sandwiches +Epic bread. –Expensive bread. +Delicious salads. –Expensive salads. Nothing stands out too much. Panera Bread offers me little value since they discontinued their bagel cards for repeat customers. However, if someone offers to buy lunch here, I won’t blink an eye if they are paying. The sandwiches are THAT good… just not if you are paying.

This Panera Bread was not only ridiculously quick, but their new special(½ Tomato Soup, ½ Steak w/Cheese Sandwich) was great! By the time I paid $ 12 for this sandwich/soup combo along with a Green Tea, and a Cherry Pastry, my meal with the Green Tea was already waiting for me! The only bad things were that the Cherry Pastry was mediocre, the price(in my opinion) was quite high considering the Cherry Tart was only a $.99 addition to my combo, The establishment was tastefully decorated with spacious tables and ample room. The bathrooms were dirtier and less maintained than what I would have expected from a dine-in-restaurant, but they were acceptable. In summary, I liked the food, I liked how quick the service was, but I didn’t like the price and I didn’t like the Cherry Tart. $ 12 is really expensive for«fast-ish» food. It’s also a bit more hectic and the lighting isn’t as good as other Paneras but it was still yummy. If the price was cheaper and the Cherry Tart wasn’t so mediocre, it would be a 4-star restaurant.

I called the day before my wedding for a dozen bagels, cream cheese, and coffee to fuel myself and my bridesmaids the next day. The order was ready as soon as I arrived, my requested sequestered cinnamon raisin bagel we in its own bag, and they threw in a bag of mini-chocolate chip cookies. If you have a small catering order, they will take care of you.
