My go-to place for every time that I need to stop in for a break after walking up & down Rodeo Drive to the parking garage. The Starbucks staff at this location is quite upbeat, and the customers are for the most part very laid back despite filling up the seats & rarely moving(can’t really blame them). This location is a busy one(as it should be). If you expected this location to be the most glamorous Starbucks in the history of the world with solid gold coffee with dripping froth from a delicious frappucchino, you’ll be in for shock. This location is quite normal(somewhat average), and without the exorbitant costs that you would expect at a New York, Chicago or Vegas location. And while there is metered parking outside, just walk a little bit extra and park in the parking garage. The costs are not what you would expect.

The customer service was great. I purchased a pound of coffee and they kindly offered to grind it for me. They were so kind and made me feel welcome. It was clean and service was quick.

With the amount of money I invest in this establishment, it just appalls me to see the kind of service they give to the customers. It seems as if though the«baristas» don’t feel contributing to the work place. I am sorry to say, but if you are that disgruntled about being at work, then perhaps you should be employed, period. The young girl at the register did not even acknowledge me or the customers ahead of me, as if we are a burden to her. At the end, even the quality of the beverage were less than acceptable… Perhaps, Coffee Bean is going to be a more suitable option going forward… How Lame

I can’t believe what I witnessed this morning! Service was refused to the lady in front of me, even though she had the funds to pay for a cup of coffee. The cashier spouted some line about how another patron complained about her presence in the store. This lady was quiet, polite and while she didn’t appear to be as well off as all the other customers, she did have the requisite $ 2. I don’t remember the last time I saw such blatant disrespect for another human being. In fact I was so disgusted that I threw my coffee away. Clean up your act.

Dirty. Actually filthy. Food in the display looks inedible and unappealing. Sugar and cream are low or completely out and no one cleaning the sugar/cream area. Trash is overflowing. This place is gross. This is my second time here in 2 months and EXACTLY the same situation both times. For such a top notch neighborhood they really need to pull this together.

It gets busy at times, but the staff always seems to get you taken care of fairly quickly. The staff here is nice and also efficient.

What a weird, bummer of a Starbucks. And this is in prime Beverly Hills? Whaaa? I stopped in today while running errands during one of their peak times — long line, lots going on, full tables, etc. The café itself is nice and it looks like a great place to get work done during the slower lulls. No problems there. Once it was my turn to order, I requested a simple venti vanilla soy latte. The barista grabbed an iced venti cup, so I specified I’d wanted hot. She kept writing on the iced cup. Again, I specified hot, but she kept ringing it up as an ‘iced venti skinny vanilla latte.’ As in, the absolute 100% opposite of what I’d just ordered. At this point I was just plain confused because all I kept saying was that I wanted a ‘hot venti vanilla soy latte’ and didn’t know why the disconnect kept happening. When she FINALLY got it, she corrected me in saying, «Oh, hot. You changed it, then.» As if I had intentionally switched my order to mess her up. No. That is not a thing I did. I used to work for Starbucks(over a year) so I definitely checked out the space with interest while waiting for my order — and syrups were at almost-empty, the kid behind the counter wasn’t getting any store support(«store support» being a hugely important catch-all function for when a focused workload like making drinks makes it difficult to refill syrups, for example) during the rush(might’ve been understaffed?), and there were mountains of toilet paper strewn about the bathroom floor. My order specifications and name were written on the cup sleeve rather than the cup itself(I worked for two different stores that did not allow for this, not sure if that’s just a store-specific habit). It just seemed like a pretty anxious environment altogether. If I go back to this place, it’ll probably be during a slow moment. I don’t think the staff is comfortable with the rushes for some reason, and from what I could tell there was zero direction from a shift supervisor on how to better delegate the flow of operations.

This Starbucks is pretty crowded but organized, people queue in an orderly fashion and we get our drinks, though a little slow with the crowd. Nice place to stop by after walking at Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive. For me, it was a pretty important pit stop as I’ve been walking the whole day. Good location with pretty much everything you need from a Starbucks.

I came here when I was visiting my brothers and I was seeing Redeo Drive. I thought that this Starbucks is lackluster. The saying Beverly Hills, what a thrill, this location is not thrilling. I have been in nicer Starbucks locations in the bay area in San Francisco and Marin County. I got a Los Angeles Starbucks mug to add to my collection of Starbucks mugs that I have gotten from places I have visited. When I was paying for my drinks I ordered for myself and my mom as well as the mug, the girl just handed me the mug and didn’t put it in a pastry bag or tissue, I am looking at her like what the heck you do know it is breakable! I had to ask her for a bag. I asked for the Peach green tea lemonade and I just got peach green tea. I didn’t realize it until I was down the street.

I came in to treat myself with a skinny caramel latte and a free double bacon croissant. the lady behind the counter didn’t even look up at me, I understand its early and you need to stock up for the day and I still was looking which breakfast sandwich I wanted. but still. finally she looked up and asked me what I wanted I told her and I said I would like to use my coupon for croissant shes like ok … the bill came out to be $ 9.54 something like that im like uh no it expires the 17th and today is JUST the 16!!! shes like oh I used ur birthday coupon.(why would you use my bday coupon when I said I had a coupon for my croissant sandwich plus my birthday isn’t here yet) shes all i’ll adjust it. um it was this morning at 555am and now it is 826am and it still hasn’t been done. im really not trying to be a pain in the butt but I was not looking to spend $ 10 when I was looking to $ 5-$ 6 well now to take advantage of the coupon ill have to get up on my day off tomorrow and use It again… I mean the sandwich was good but not $ 4-$ 5 good .I had never seen her before. i think I annoyed her but dude I said my coupon for the croissant not my birthday credit !! and it expired??? uh how Its not my birthday yet it could of been a language barrier but I don’t want to say it is… I guess we all have bad days. I guess that star was not for the service. at least my SKINNYCARAMELLATTEANDDOUBLEBACONCROISSANT was conveyed. and it was yummy

Great Starbucks location in the heart of Beverly Hills. Lots of meet space and not crammed like other locations. Free two hour parking at the lot right next to it.

I love this spot! This coffee shop is in the heart of Beverly Hills and makes you really feel like you are right in the center of Los Angeles life. The service is great and even though it’s always packed, you always seem to find a seat. It’s a must when visiting BH.

Always busy. Always a line. But, worth the wait. The people who work here are obviously working as fast as they can. And, they do it with a smile.

Ok, I admit it. I come here more often than I should. I get up a little too late, I need something for breakfast. I’m not really a Starbuck’s Coffee fan. It’s not my «cup of tea»(ha, ha). But there’s no Stumptown, Intelligentsia, Four Barrel, or Blue Bottle nearby. Fortunately the sausage breakfast sandwich is a great, quick morning snack. More than a snack really. The problem with this Starbucks is that unless Jay is working things don’t really run right. They don’t get my simple drink request right and I never know exactly where to pick up my food. Jay should have to work every minute of every day. That’s all there is to it. I suppose they could do some more training and help everybody to get their act together(not like that’s ever going to happen). Until then 3 stars(and I’m being generous) is the highest I can go. P. S.: There IS Blue Bottle coffee available just down the street at Vosges Haut-Chocolate. But they don’t open early enough. Not to mention the fact that their chocolate is not suitably nutritious enough for«the most important meal of the day»(and very expensive). But if you’ve ever truly angered your spouse to that certain critical point. I highly recommend it;)

One of the best staffed Starbucks. This location is busy no matter what time you come here. I love the fact they are fast for you to get in and out. This Starbucks is located next to Nate and Al’s deli. If you are a person who loves Starbucks you will like this location. They staff is always friendly here. They seating is always full inside and limited seating outside.

I usually only stick to Coffee Bean and mom and pops coffee shops, but went to this Starbucks with my sister(who is a Starbucks addict) today and was surprised by the AMAZING costumer service. The clerk knew my sisters name and drink right away and didnt take any time to call in her order, even before she got to the front of the line they started to make her drink so by the time we got to the front the drink was already ready! the facility is newly renovated and there is a lot of room to sit down and do work. Its kept very clean and neat. Only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because parking can be a big hassle, located on Beverly Drive makes it very hard to find meters to park in. While there is a 2 hour free lot across the street, thats not really what i like to do at 7am when im on my way to work.

This starbucks is a great go to location for me in the early morning. It can get a bit busy, but the line moves fairly quickly. Many of the morning customers seem to be just killing time before they head on to their work place. I like this store because its convenient to me and before 8 am there are plenty of free street parking. Can’t say much about this store after the morning is over because I don’t come here rest of the day. So 4 star for the morning.

I’m a huge starbucks fan. I used to travel often. During those travels, sometimes I got tired of the local food and drinks. I could always count on starbucks to bring my mind home for a bit. So giving 2 stars really sucks. I used to frequent this starbucks but always felt something off. This last time, it was no different. Really just a horrible use of space. You order and wait in what feels like a hallway and wherever you’re standing, you’re in someone’s way. It’s really a hustle and bustle place. Get your coffee and go. No stopping for chit chat, just get what you want and make room for others. On a summer weekend, it’s almost like being in a club packed with tourists.

Nice place, and a bunch of outlets. TOOBADNONEOFTHEMWORK. I tried to plug my laptop into LITERALLY6 different outlets. None of them work. I asked an employee why none of them work, and he said«oh sorry, they’re all blown out.» After that, I got my stuff and walked across the street to the Coffee Bean.

Decent Starbucks location. Got our drinks fast and made right. Gets VERY busy on weekends with all of the touristy shoppers, BH housewives, and riff raff. There’s a decent amount of seating given the size of the store. There is a bathroom, but be prepared to wait, as it seems to be THE spot to pee for anyone who’s out shopping.
