Got glasses here. They took insurance so I ended up paying nothing out of pocket. Service was good and selection was great. Hard to complain about anything here.

Best customer service I have ever received from an eyeglass retailer. Gerardo was beyond helpful, professional and made sure I was completely satisfied throughout the entire process. I couldn’t speak higher about Gerardo, the selection at the store and the overall experience. If you love Persol’s you have to go here and see him.

AWESOME selection. I work in the area and picked up an amazing pair of Sunglasses here today. Persol=Quality/timeless design. HANDMADE sunglasses??? YES!!! Great customer service, attentive and honest in their suggestions. Will buy my next pair from here. Amazing.

Horrible client service. First, the lady didn’t even acknowledge me. I would have understood if it was busy, but I was the only one in store. I was going to buy Chanels, but whatever. Also the lady did not fit the Beverly Hills look. She looked like she came out of South East of Central Los Angeles(I don’t know the exact place, but the one that is super ghetto). She looked like she was trying to be all trendy, but she looked like a mess. Her necklace was big and chunky it looked like it was from the Flintstones no joke! Her jacket was attempting to resemble a patten leather Versace jacket, but we all know on her budget that its discounted last season forever 21.

How awesome is this selection — and the service is truly professional and helpful. Today, I came in to look at a replacement pair of sunglasses after one of my Ray Ban lenses shattered. He had the actual replacement lens in stock and even though he could have charged me for a new pair of glasses, he knew that the frame was perfect and simply charged me for the replacement lens — and had it repaired in less than five minutes. I would expect this kind of service in a smaller neighborhood — not on the corner of Rodeo Drive and Wilshire in Two Rodeo. I will go back there every time I need a new pair of glasses. They have won a customer for life.
