Worst service ever!!! I have a terrible plumbing problem, called them yesterday and they said someone would be out between 2−4pm (yesterday). They called and let me know the technician was running late. About an hour. Ok, no problem, I was fine with that, as long as they come. Come 8pm, no one ever showed up. I never got another call. It’s now the next day at 1:30pm and no one called to apologize or reschedule or tell us what happened. I had rearranged my day to make sure I was home by 2pm expecting a plumber to be coming. What a waste! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! HORRIBLE!!!
