Girls here and manger are rude!!! Came in a couple weeks ago and all of them were rude, including the manger. All of them need to work on their customer service, the manager with the green eyes was also not helpful, and snobbish. Will never come here again.

We went shopping here recently looking for a cocktail dress for a Bar mitzvah my friend needed to attend. All of the salesperson greeted us when we came into the store. Sofia was super helpful and attentive from the moment we went upstairs to the cocktail and party attire. She helped pick the perfect sizes and even gave us suggestions the proper attire for our occasion. I love Sofie… seek her for anything you need while shopping in Beverly Hills!

This location focuses more on evening apparel than it does casual wear, however, there is a few pieces in here that are included. It’s just not their main focus of the store. Decent customer service.

EXCELLENT customer service here. I was assisted by Colleen (?) (tall gorgeous blonde). I’ve never purchased guess jeans before and she suggested a few pairs and immediately got a fitting room going for me. Another gal assisted me with the shoes. Both of them were genuinely nice and checked on me from time to time with out being pushy. If it wasn’t for their assistance I may have only purchased a blouse, but I left with a whole outfit! I didn’t have to go through the dressing room blues, trying on items that weren’t flattering for my shape. I felt very confident in the clothes I was trying on.
I walked in about 20min until closing and they didn’t make me fill rushed. I will definitely stop here again when I’m back in the area.

They had a great big selection (especially for men) a lot of Guess stores don’t. The guess girls were very helpful in getting me a fitting room started and helping me out. Definitely going back one day.

It’s a great store and I love the ambiance. The staff can be a bit pushy upstairs in the Marciano section, but I think that’s just my impression and most everyone else would disagree. It’s a great store I just have to pop into every time I’m in LA. Also, they generally have excellent sales. I’d definitely recommend it, and they try to pay a lot of attention to each customer.

I think it is the best Guess store there is. I really like all the styles they have, but I wish they had a SALES rack. :) I’m a bargain hunter baby!
