G-Star Raw Store Rodeo Drive

Walked in and immediately was asked if I needed help. Very friendly and helpful staff. They actually cared and knew what they were talking about. I’m definitely coming back. I am a happy customer. I was treated with much attention and willingness to help.

I came in G-​Star unexpectedly as I was meeting up with my friends and they were shopping in here. I love G-​Star so I thought it was a good excuse to finally go in the store since I always pass it, but have never bothered to go in. Upon walking in, the store was quite spacious, bright, and everything was sprawled out in an organized manner as you’d expect in any of the top notch Beverly Hills boutiques.
A sales associate, Monica, was helping my friends with their purchases and other items they were looking at. When I came over, she engaged in conversation with me even though I wasn’t looking for anything, which I thought was great from a customer service perspective.
Of course when I happen to not even remotely want to buy jeans, I find something in the store that catches my eye. I immediately asked for assistance and Monica was super attentive. She was quick to find out what other G-​Star styles I had so she could figure out what my preference was. She pulled a couple other items that had the same fit that I was interested in. Long story short, I ended up buying jeans unexpectedly and my experience was enhanced from Monica’s great customer service. She rang us up, helped us sign up for their loyalty card, and got us quickly on our way. Also, I was happy to see G-​Star using reusable bags so kudos to them.
They have a very wide selection at this store, which should be expected since it’s on Rodeo Drive. So, you’d have a very good chance of finding a style, fit, size, etc. that you’d like. And let’s not forget the awesome customer service. So, next time you’re strolling Rodeo Drive or maybe when you’re need of some clothes, stop by G-​Star for an awesome shopping experience.

Visited this G-​Star location when I lived in California. This location is pretty nice and does have a lot of selections. Couple reasons why I’m giving them a 1 star rating. Their prices are a lot higher than the online store. I would suggest you visit the online store to compare prices first because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This has to be the first and only clothing store I ever been to with that policy (maybe post a sign somewhere?). After I found out I overpaid for my unworn items I want to take them back, then saw the back of the receipt. The sales people were nice, but I’ve shopped the online store, easy and free fast shipping/​return.

This is my go-​to store for g-​star. They have a pretty good selection of new styles well displayed and organized. The staffs help you find matching styles, tell you different sizing for garments or how they will stretch overtime or not etc. I found most of them quite helpful.
2 hour free parking (if you enter before 6) is right around the block-​this is also what one of the G-​star staffs told me. Not too crowded so it is pleasant to shop and use the fitting room.
The loyalty program they have gives you 1 point for every dollar (pretax) and $ 25 for 500 points. I am liking this program alot.
The only complaint I have is that they do not have everything you find online. They told me every gstar store is a franchise store so the store owners go and pick select what they want to sell at their stores. So they might not have qhat you want. Although, this means the other stores might have what you want. I end up buying some of what they have instead of what I had in mind and it has worked out so far but it’s a bummer when they don’t have what I want. That is why its 4 stars.

THIS IS A BETTER STORE BECAUSE THEY ARE ACTUALLY CHEAPER THAN THE MELROSE AND STA MONICA STORES.
They carry more of the newer styles here than the other stores. I love going here cause the sales people don’t give you the «what are you doing here?» look when you browse around especially in a Rodeo Drive location. Very friendly staff and best of all, parking is free.
