It might not look like much to you from the street, but this place is exceptional. Sometimes, pawning stuff isn’t the easiest thing to bring yourself to do, but the staff here make you feel like more than just a pawn slip. They make you feel like a person. If you’re trying to find a great place you can actually trust, look no further.

I have known Fred for many years but have never purchased any items from his store. Then I saw the Chanel bag I have coveted… He offered it to me at more then 60% off retail. He was so happy that I was happy! I enjoy wearing it and think of him every time I wear my purse. The selection of bags comes and goes but stop by frequently… Ladies, go shop designer purses with Fred!!!

Unwelcoming environment and dirty store. Not my cup of tea as you will be more depressed after you leave with the 14 cents that they gave you for your solid gold watch. However they do have some interesting bags and shoes.

I can not say enough great things about this place. I have used other loan stores in the past and Gem an Loan is by far the best. There is none better. Not only are they trust worthy and honest but they treat me like family. I drive all the way from Las Vegas to see them. I have entrusted them with my most treasured jewels. I have gotten several loans from them and have never ever had a problem which is far more that I can say about others. At one point I had bracelet that was just collecting dust and thought I would just sell it. I Took it to another store here in Las Vegas. They offered me $ 10 for it. I just took it to Gem and Loan on my next trip to LA and they gave me $ 125 for it. You will love everyone there. I could go on and on about how great they are but you may as well get over there instead of searching any further. Oh if your looking to shop, they have only quality stuff. No garbage for sell at Gem and Loan. Save a ton on real authentic designer purses.

I went in to sell some jewelry and other little pieces, both of the men in there were as sweet as could be and very honest.
Couldn’t have been happier with the service, you should definitely check out this place.

Professional respectful I been doing business with Fred for many years. I would NOT trust any other pawn shop with my 18k rosary. Very trust worthy respectful and I’ve never get cheated from the actual value.

Very rude guy that works here or might even own the place. I parked in the wrong lot to go to his store and grab a coffee until he started attacking me. I was planning on buying the loubs in his store for 1200 until he said he was towing my car.
Will not be going back ever again.
