I’ve been an Espy Hair customer for about 7 years now; and I absolutely love the HAIR. I feel the service I get from Shira and the quality of the hair is exceptional. I stopped using relaxers/perms, so I like the fact that Shira is able to customize the hair extensions to match the EXACT texture of my natural hair. Whether my hair is wet or flat-ironed, I don’t have to worry that people will find out that I have hair extensions. For example, I bought a lace-front wig from Espy Hair once for a photo shoot. There was a high-profile celebrity makeup artist and stylist working on me for the shoot. They all gasped with surprise at the end of the shoot when I took the wig off. They were blown away to see how the hair, the scalp and the little side baby hairs on the edges all looked so natural whether I had to wear it up or down!!! Another hint or validation that makes me know that Espy Hair is a very high quality brand is the reaction I get whenever I have a new or different hairdresser for my sew-in hair weaves. They ALWAYS asked me where I got my hair extensions from, because they noticed the texture and quality is great. Mind you,… my hairdressers very opinionated and are not cheap! So, to get that kind of reaction from professional hairdressers who are used to seeing all kinds of hair extensions, helps reassure me that I have invested my money to a good brand of hair. There have been a couple of times when I needed to order customized hair or coloring very last minute, and I like the quick shipment Espy Hair has been able to provide. In addition, all the women/friends that I’ve referred to Espy Hair have always had positive things to say about the service that they’ve received as well.

I wish they had on Unilocal the option to give negative zero. As far as it comes to hair and skin. I never compromise and try to get the best Quality I can have. My good friend referred me to — Shira. I must warn you women !!! Shira look very classic lady don’t let the looks full u and especially her«Beverly hills location« I came to her salon on August 2014 after a long list of celebrities she«clam» she does(Tony Braxton, Jennifer Hudson and many more) her salon is empty from those great Artist pictures she claims she work with. How ironic!!! Long story short — I love good Quality hair Extensions. She said she have the best hair in town mmmmm I gave her a deposit right away for 800 $ after she let me touch and choose from a few samples she had in her Salon. I liked the samples and thought I’m gonna get what I paid for, but that’s not the case. She guaranteed that I’m gonna get my new hair within two months. Again that was not the case I got my hair finally seven months later .I was texting her back-and-forth many times and she always found a good excuses why the hair haven’t arrived yet. I was so upset disappointed and mad .but I decided to give her a try. So basically since August I was waiting and waiting. The hair extensions finally arrived at the second week of February. longtime right? She gave me a receipt but that’s all my fault that I haven’t take the moment to look on the receipt. she put her return/refund policy based on a fake date that would give me the«option to receive my money back within 30 days«after 2WEEKSONLY !!! I notice the quality of the hair is really bad. I contact her right away, and of course she blamed me that I don’t know how to maintenance the hair answer to her was that it’s obviously ridiculous as if I paid $ 2300 dollarsThe quality of the hair should feel amazing. then she was completely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. And act like she don’t give an F because she got my money already. right now she’s not responding my text or my phone calls. But I’m going to leave it to my lawyer to handle that. and once again I warn you that’s a scam. Worst customer service ever. and worst hair quality ever. 2300 $ gone down the drain!

I have not been to your shop for about 3 to 4 years. The credit card transaction are very accurate and I remember them like the back of my eye. If you think I am here to bash, then note… I am note. That last transaction I had with you was really not called for. My credit card was flagged after you tried to run it three times and that day, you were having problems with your cc machine. You then used one of your sliding machines and off I was. Two days later, you rudely called me to say that my cc wasn’t working. When I called my CC company, which happened to be a MasterCard, they informed me that you had multiple tries with my cc and thus them flagging it. Before this incident, I had been to your shop 6 to 7 times… so… Yes, and last batch I brought from you was TERRIBLE with a capital T.
