BUYERS BEWARE
I purchased a dress for $ 243.00 after the salesgirl gave me 20% off, two days later my family and I went down to Laguna beach and found the same exact dress, same label for $ 62.00. I never felt so ripped off in my life! I called the store and spoke with the salesgirl, who couldn’t be nicer and she said she would speak with the manage to see what they could do, they ended up giving back half the money I spent which was $ 121.53, so I only paid double for the dress in the end! The whole experience was awful but I do love the dress and after wearing it once it’s definitely worth $ 62.00 not $ 243.00!
I would never go back there!

I recently discovered that the bag I had just purchased (which I was told was real leather), is actually NOT real leather. I called the store and spoke to the sales person who sold me the bag. Her respose to my complaint was «that was a sale item and all sales items are final.» When I asked her to please have the manager or owner call me, she said «no» and hung the phone up on me.
Beware… The sales people in this store misrepresent the merchandise!!!

This place is a rip off! They markup the prices of cheapie brands and then put them on «sale» for more than the cost the items retail for at other stores.
I recently bought a dress by Ark and Co. at Envie that was marked 50% off from $ 278. I then saw the same dress at multiple stores on Melrose selling for $ 78 without a sale. I also found this dress on line for $ 78.
I am infuriated that this store thinks that this is ethical. I SUGGEST THAN NO ONE SHOP AT ENVIE for fear that you too will be ripped off.

Very cute displays and store. The sales girl was amazingly helpful. Well she knew how to do her job well. Good with outfits and ideas.
First of all, I should have known that by the huge posters of celebrities on the wall that they are trying to get you to think, well, whatever YOU would think when you see them. To me, I assumed quality. Kinda of embarrassing to show that you sell your store’s popularity off of the fact that celebrities go in there rather than the quality of the clothes?
Second of all, I looked up these brands (clothing), and they are know where to be found on the internet. The shoes I bought «were» $ 178 on sale for $ 40…Even so, I got ripped off. this brand after looking it up, is SOLD AT KMART! The shoes sell for $ 24.99.
I realize I was a sucker for falling for it, lesson learned ;)

Envie is a chic little gem of a shop just off Rodeo, but for a fraction of the price. Shopowner Negar handpicks most of the clothing in Paris. Very few of each piece is sold there, so you know you won’t have a surprise Twinkie (same dress) incident wearing Envie’s clothes. Very helpful staff. The store has the comfortable feeling you’re at a friends place, trying on a bunch of gorgeous things you’re please to find look great on you too.

cute trendy stuff, but i wouldn’t wear any of the stuff they had at the store. i could totally picture paris hilton though.
store filled with accessories, dresses, handbags, jewelry, shoes, shirts, skirts, sweats, u know, the list goes on…
it’s def a store from designer duds to label lovers…
they even had this pen that was $ 95. it was just a pen that had the lil crystals on them. chk it out…
