I ordered a vanilla latte with soy and $ 6 later could barely choke it down due to the intense burnt flavor. Do not bother!

We called at 12:07pm to order the Buffalo chicken wrap, which is actually really good! I asked how long it would take and the man told me 15 min. At 1:15pm I called and mentioned it had been an hour and asked what was the problem? The lady said that the order had been out and assured me it would be there any minute. At 1:30pm I called back to cancel the order, we have had cold food delivered in the past and did not want to deal with that again. The woman asked me what I ordered and the address, then told me she could not find the order and if I was sure it was placed! They didn’t even offer to fix the order and get it to us! Needless to say, we will not be ordering from them ever again, which is unfortunate for them because we are a large medical practice that gave them a lot of business.

Great place for lunch. A little bit of everything on the menu. The lunch specials changes daily. But gets are good here. So are the wraps. Great for sandwiches, salads, burgers, good soups. Come check it out

Got the chicken fajita salad. Fresh and a huge portion and good price. My hubz got their Spanish steak sandwich and it was so juicy. I definitely recommend that! He also got a Mushroom And spinach soup– it was alright but it came with a side. There’s outside and indoor seating. Good for a quick lunch break!

By far the WORST service ever! We ordered delivery, as it is one of the closest places to order from. It took over an hour to get our food, and even when it was delivered, the order was incorrect, and our food was cold! We called the place back, and the one of the ladies working there who answered was incredibly rude, the last time we will be ordering from here.

No thanks! I went here because it was close to my doctor’s office and I have been regretting that decision all day. The food made me sick to my stomach and while I was eating by myself(oh the horror!) I was being stared at by the kitchen staff the whole time. I loved when the one kitchen staff walked out to the front, said hello to a customer that had just walked in, then looked me in my face, scowled and walked away. I’m sorry, is my sheer presence disturbing your working so much so that you can’t even be respectful to a paying customer? Then, I got home and was sick from the food. Even this evening, I had to force a little food because my stomach still wasn’t having it! Did I mention the smell of rotten fruit that overcomes you after a while? I had brought half of the food home for leftovers, needless to say it wound up in the dumpster. I can’t believe this place is still open, between the lack of customer service and the horrible food. It’s probably because there’s nothing else remotely close to compete. Save yourself the hassle and the sickness, go somewhere else.

We(meaning the girls I work with and myself) have ordered from here pretty regularly, as there is not a lot around in terms of lunch food. It’s never been very good, but it’s been ok since we don’t have a lot of other options. Today though — TERRIBLE. We are literally two blocks from them and it took them 50 minutes to deliver our food, but we could have dealt with that except that the food was disgusting when it arrived. Cold and soggy and totally gross — it wasn’t even edible. So that was a waste money for an overpriced sandwich. Also, one of the girls I work with has an issue with the main lady that manages the lunch crowd over there — she is always stressing everyone out(customers and her staff) and she seems to just confuse everyone. It’s stressful just going in there to get your food because of her!

Love this place! Daily specials are always good and the soups are amazing. Never boring here. Staff is friendly and nice… they mixed up my order and gave me a free dessert for the trouble. Don’t know why there are negative reviews here about food quality. Sounds like a bitter person corralled all of their friends to write reviews. Besides the point, this place is excellent and not overpriced. Gets busy at lunch so call ahead!

I would give zero stars if possible. My work is down the street and they seem to get the orders incorrectly more than they get it right. They also manage to never find my office even though the building is 3 blocks away. The lady who answers the phone with a heavy accent is also a real piece of work. There have been several times where they have taken more than 2 hours to deliver food. We are ordering croissants and bagels, not a catered lunch. DONOTSUPPORTTHISPLACE, even if ur starving.

This place use to be so much better with Jenny! It is horrible now! The only reason I left two stars instead of one is because I feel bad. The quality of the food has significantly decreased, the staff is horrible, and the price has increased. I work in a office with 20 people, and we would all order from here everyday. NOONE orders from here now.

Café Alexander deserves no stars. The employee/manager LAUREN is EXTREMELYRUDE and her Customer Service Skills Suck! They are always messing up our orders, small and big, and when we call to complain SHEHANGSUPCONTINUOUSLY. Today we found a HUGEBUG in our Mango Salad and Lauren claims, «We are lying and did that on purpose to get our money back.» I have pictures to prove it. People should never eat here again unless you would like bugs with a side of asshole for lunch! ***She forgot half of my food 2 days ago and after waiting for more than an HOUR for the rest of my food I called to ask for a refund. That is when her and her employees continuously clicked on me and after 10 calls or more I had to leave work to go there in person and get my refund. In that moment, Lauren continued to talk down to me in front of other customers.

The service here is always poor. I keep giving them another chance, because they are close to my work and sometimes the food is pretty good, but the service never ceases to disappoint. I put in an order for a turkey burger, when business was pretty slow, and I received a cold burger 20 minutes later. That is not«okay». Why don’t they get it together?

Bad experience staff looks overwhelmed. Greeted with the smell of Lysol as we walked in sat down. Had to ask for a menu. Ordered the Beverly Hills breakfast and offered toast. When it came out was told no toast with this dish. Wife ordered sesame seed bagel, got poppy seed bagel. My eggs and potatoes were under cook and bacon over cooked. Good luck if you dare.

Disappointment. I’ve had a few things from here that a good but NOTTODAY! I got the portobello mushroom melt and added chicken. There was entirely to much goat cheese on this sandwich. It was basically mouths full of creamy goat cheese. I like goat cheese and I love mushrooms but this sandwhich was no where near as good as it sounded. To many flavors doing to many things. I eventually scraped off all the goat cheese from the chicken and just ate that! I also got the butternut squash soup. That was also disappointing but not as much as the sandwhich. All and all. I wish I hadn’t paid $ 19 dollars for this lunch

I tried this place few times but not very impressed. This is one of few places that is close by my office. But I don’t think I will be coming back there! Quality of food is very poor! Recently I had turkey pesto wrap– very dry! But the worst part was fruits that come on the side! They were old, slimy, and had some kind of sour cream or something like that inside! Ew! Gross! Watermelon and melon tasted like 2 weeks old!

My coworkers order Café Alexander quite often here at the office. Their«omelet your way» is the best item to order. For the most part they deliver very quickly, and their delivery guys are great. Yesterday I ordered 3 breakfast burritos and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches were perfect. They had the perfect amount of bacon and the bread was toasted to beautiful golden brown. So today, I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches. And what a huge embarrassing disappointment. After raving to our clients about how great the sandwiches were, I had to feed them four sloppy egg sandwiches on raw bread with no bacon. They looked horrible and they tasted so plain. I cant believe the inconsistency. And this breakfast counted. I was trying to do something special for these clients and I had to feed them a horrible mess. Lesson learned. I wont ban this café, but I will definitely be very specific when I order. I cant have this happen again when I’m hosting an important breakfast meeting.
