This location has always been helpful for transferring data from an old to new phone, etc. Never a huge line, plenty of help even on busy days. Compared to other locations can save you time.

This store has really nice people who take their time helping you. I don’t know why there’s a review about someone’s experience from a year ago because a lot has changed since then! I just went there today because my phone bill was confusing with the next payment. I thought a 2 year contract was cheaper because I don’t want to pay monthly for my phone but the girl manager Kelly? explained everything to me and took her time setting up other stuff I didn’t even ask about but it was nice of her. Now I understand how next works and why it’s a better option plus I can see everything from the app she setup for me. It depends on the employee anywhere you go not the location. Some people are helpful while other people can be lazy. I would recommend this store for anyone though

So I’ve had mixed reviews with this att store. I’ve never had a problem with the att service but the representatives never know what they are doing. I won’t go over with the problems I had 10 years ago(which deserves a –5 stars) but I went back a year ago. Here’s my complaint. I came from a dedicated iPhone user. Not knowing much about android. I had many questions. He sounded like he didn’t know much about androids. With iPhones, I was used to getting software updates. So I asked him about an HTC phone. I specifically asked him about android updates. He told me that if android came out with an updated OS, do all the phones get the OS. He told me yes. Low and behold 2 months later a new OS came out(as I heard online). Another month goes by and I see I didn’t get the update. I researched and found my hone was not included in the update and I saw that not all phones get the update. I was MAD. I’m the type of person who likes the newest electronics. And I was lied to. And of course, the phone was not returnable.

Absolute worst customer service. Carey The manager was unprofessional and not courteous and unfriendly. Three other customers walked out on a Saturday that they were understaffed the weekend after the new phone released. Walked in and nobody greeted us no one offered to help us and we waited 45 minutes just to be told the phone you want wasn’t in stock. If they had done their job correctly we would have discussed the nature of our visit upon walking in and being greeted and wouldn’t have wasted my time. Carry you work in customer service if you don’t like talking to people and making them happy then I suggest getting a new job.
