Very good! We stopped here on a weekend morning while visiting the Mount Washington Hotel. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches were ok(not great– eggs were way overcooked and not enough cheese) but the fruit smoothie and Mocha espresso we ordered more than made up for that little problem. My wife really enjoyed the bread used for the sandwiches. I thought it was a bit dry. 3.5-star review. Rounding up since there are very few options in Bethlehem for breakfast. We’ll certainly visit again next time we’re in the area.

We drove out of our way to stop here for a late lunch based on Unilocal reviews. Glad we did! We both customized our sandwiches(added eggs to the pesto panini) which were delicious! Hedgehog cookie and coffee get two thumbs up. Very affordable, great staff and good eats.

Best coffee for a guy who doesn’t drink much coffee. My girlfriend is more into coffee and she loves this place and whenever we are in the northern country we stop by.

This is a great stop on a trip through the White Mountains, particularly if you’re a vegetarian. There’s a terrific selection of wraps(I had two different ones, on two different occasions, and they have lots of fresh vegetables and terrific flavor). The baked goods are also fabulous — I am already looking forward to getting another scone– and the earl grey latte was also tasty. It’s right across the street from an Irving gas station, so you can gas up before getting onto the highway, or heading out into the mountains.

Always a good expresso drinks and nice breakfast lunch selection with soups, quiche and egg wraps as some of the options. There is a nice seating area in the back to eat and relax. You just have to not be in a rush when you come here. But the food is yummy and worth the wait.

Stopped by a couple times on our way through the White Mountains. Coffee was tasty. Scones were really tasty. Like, surprisingly tasty. Get a scone. Last year on our way through I had their Malted Latte, it was very good. The malt was not so sweet that it was overkill and added a nice body to it. We will stop by again on our travels!

Really nice staff, a great selection of coffee drinks, smoothies, a few artisan-type lunch options, and yummy bakery treats. My wife and I went twice on our vacation and I got the iced chocolate malted latte and a peanut butter cookie both times. Neither were too sweet and both hit the spot perfectly. Yum! The décor was fun and eclectic, with some paintings and mixed media pieces that were for sale. They had wifi(which we didn’t use but which other people seemed to be using). This was the first place that owners of The Highlands Inn, where we were staying, recommended we go when we asked about coffee shops and they were absolutely right. We’re already looking forward to our next trip.

Rare to find a place with non greasy meaty food. This is it! Great wraps and sandwiches. I loved the Mediterranean wrap and fruit smoothie, both freshly prepared.

Great outdoor seating area. Fresh water for dogs and a fire pit for cool nights. Pretty stream in the background and nice views of the mountains. Loved the veggie burger nice kick and loaded with fresh veggies. This was a total home run! Vegan veggie wrap not bad. If you don’t like Greek olives make sure to tell them. This has a ton of olives. The sauce was very flavorful and worked well with the artichokes. Skip the chai latte. Tasted like warm almond milk had no spiced tea taste what so ever. The ladies who work here are amazing. Great little spot I highly recommend and will be back.

Dear Unilocal, Awesome find! Eggnog latte was Phenomenal! It certainly trumped the Starbucks I Was on the hunt for when I hesitantly veered off the highway! My coffee radar must have been on point this morning! And the service was excellent. If we could only run into people as friendly more often. I will make it a point to take this little detour on all my future MA to VT adventures.

Awesome coffee shop and café in a small New Hampshire town. The Maia Papaya has delicious, fresh food that is served up fast and by friendly staff. I’ve been twice now and both times were awesome. Their egg sandwiches are delicious and taste great. You can get them with lots of fresh veggies and on a variety of different bread items such as a bagel or english muffin. Their coffee is good and their chai is even better. The hot coffee comes in a variety of different roasts and many are from local roasters(and many organic and fair trade). The pumpkin roast that I had recently was delicious and perfect for a crisp Autumn morning. They have several different beverages and food items to choose from. The atmosphere is funky and the walls are covered with local art. It is a great mountain spot for a quick breakfast or cup of coffee.

Super popular for good reason! Great healthy organic options and willing to accommodate(I’m dairy free, gluten free.) I had an almond milk Laate with sugar free flavoring(delicious!), black bean chili with salad and bf had breakfast sandwich with an Americano and cookie. Local art on the walls, big coffee selection, free wifi, happy staff(even with a line out the door) and comfy seating. Only two seaters here and pretty tiny so not ideal for groups unless in the outside patio. Cons: no gluten free bread options, VERY busy(longish waits.) Edit: came back for breakfast and it took 45 mins for 2 egg sandwiches :(

My two friends and I stopped here on our Canada/New England road trip. We ordered the veggie panini, two breakfast sandwiches, and the Breakfast Sundae(yogurt and granola), as well as two iced coffee drinks. Everything was fresh with many local and vegetarian options. Service was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and games provided. The town of Bethlehem was also very cute and quaint. A great spot in a great town!
