I have now had sandwiches here a countless number of times and I’m in love with this place. I’m boring and get the New New New almost everyone single time I go there because I just really like that sandwich. But really all of the sandwiches are just so good, they’re so big (they do not skimp on the meat!) and they are such a great price. They also have really good potato salad.
Tony and everyone who works there is super friendly and nice. 5 star service every time!
You can order ahead of time on-​line, you can call it in, or you can tweet them your order, too. This is especially handy during lunch hours because this place can get packed (like line out the door) around noon.

The best subs/​sandwiches in the lehigh valley. Don’t let the inside fool you (it is outdated). They have the freshest, quality ingredients! The customer service is 10/​10, everyone is nice regardless of how busy. If you don’t check out this place, you’re missing out on one of the best places to eat in Bethlehem.

Had s great time hosting a party in the gander room. Great service, friendly and helpful staff made for a great event. We had about 60 people and had no complaints. We rented DJ equipment and has an easy time coordinating with the Gander. Greta place for an event.

This was a cool little deli close to the Lehigh campus. The prices were very friendly as well as the staff. There was a secret menu that was not anywhere in the deli to my knowledge. This menu had some real interesting choices.
I opted for the Charizard. The Charizard consisted of buffalo chicken, prosciutto, bacon, pepper jack, Santa Fe turkey, and hot sauce. This was very solid. At first, I thought it was going to be buffalo chicken tenders, but it was the cold cut which was even better. The bread was toasted perfectly and there was lots of meat in this sandwich.
Will I go back? No doubt.

Great place to grab a sandwich. Was in town staying at a nearby hotel and found this place. The line was long, which was a good sign, but it moved very quickly. The guy cutting the meat was impressive and so was everyone else. I had the hot beef sandwich with gravy and it did not disappoint! Next time I am here I will be stopping here for a sandwich!

A stop at the goose is a must for any Lehigh student (or prospective student). All of the standard goose sandwiches are great, but I highly recommend ordering of the secret menu (you can google it). My personal favorite sandwich is a crabby patty by the bay. The lines at the goose can get long so make sure you tweet in your order to avoid the wait!

Total college deli, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Very affordable sandwiches with lots of fillings, and the cuts are moist, not dry whatsoever. We ordered a Geuben and the Santa Fe. Both were excellent choices and we left completely satiated after a long morning.
When you arrive, expect a line. However, the ordering is pretty efficient, and once you place your order, your sandwich is ready in just a few mins.
Only gripe is that since we were not local, we had no idea what the sandwiches are off the ‘secret’ menu. Everyone was ordering these crazy sandwiches, which were making us salivate.

LOVE this deli ! Their sandwiches are amazing ! My favorite is the Gueben. Delicious! They are almost always busy and their is almost always a line, but it just goes to show how good their food is. The staff is very friendly too ! Just make sure you call well in advance for take out or allow enough time to wait in line. But without a doubt worth the wait. Yum !

My number one favorite place to eat when I was a student at Lehigh, and favorite still. Owner Tony, and his wife make it such an inviting and warm place, I cannot stop raving about it. My favorite sandwhich you ask? The Junkyard Bus. It is the Strugglebus without cucumbers. Its hot ham, bacon, lettuce, (i get provolone on it), pepperjack cheese, mayo. YUMMMMMM
Anything you get will definitely be worth your money and will be an amazing sandwhich.

Perhaps the most sought after sandwich/​hangover cure stop for all Lehigh students, the goose is an absolute legend. With more secret menu items than what is shown on their already enormous menu, this place is an absolute must if you are in Bethlehem. Don’t let the 45 minute wait stop you, It’s always worth it. My favorite is the Luke skwalker (secret menu), which has roast beef, swiss, dipped in aju (sp?) On a hogie roll.
