I’ve never been more disappointed in my life. I ordered three cups of ‘custard’ from the Bethlehem, PA location. After paying $ 18 for the custard I drove across the entire city to get, I taste it and it’s vanilla ice cream. Not only did they not tell me this so I could drive down the street and get vanilla ice cream for a tenth of the price, but they didn’t refund the money I spent on it after I told them it isn’t what I ordered. Long time Rita’s lover, never going to return. All it is is now is over priced ice cream. Don’t waste you time.

We just moved to the area & are thrilled to have a Rita’s so close! This location especially has the sweetest, most helpful staff (Alexa is wonderful). The only issue I have with Rita’s is the lack of coffee/​mocha flavors. We moved to Bethlehem 3 weeks ago & go to this Rita’s 5 – 6 times a week; yesterday was the first time I even saw there was Iced Coffee Italian ice! Unfortunately I didn’t know you could buy quarts so I’m really hoping I don’t have to wait another 3 weeks for iced coffee or mocha!
