I was referred from my family dentist to Dr. Kingston for an emergency tooth extraction. The staff was very friendly and polite. The doctor himself and his bedside manner left little to be desired. He could’ve done a much better job at making sure I was actually numb before he went yanking my tooth out. And I was treated like some kind of inconvenience because I was voicing my pain and trying to tell him that I could still feel almost everything but that was kind of hard to do with your arms strapped down and a device holding your mouth wide open. When I was moaning too loudly he got annoyed and told his nurses to turn the radio up louder and to shut the door. I understand it was a Monday, I was put in their schedule last minute, but if you’re so busy don’t take it out on the patient by giving your patients less attention during a serious procedure. So disappointed that I laid around in pain over the entire weekend just to see this guy. Had I known my appointment was going to be like this, I would’ve waited another day and saw someone else who is a little more friendlier. I’ll never be back and I am telling my family dentist to not refer people to this place
