Jack’s Brick Oven Pizza & Restaurant

The current owner is so sweet. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about! My daughter and I love the thin Sicilian! It is so good. We stop for a slice whenever we are in the area.

The customer service here is terrible! The food is ok but everytime we get pizza delivered the cheese has slide off the pizza and its a mess and we only live right down the road from this establishment! The woman who anwsers the phone is very, rude I asked for extra ranch and she said it was a $ 2.00 fee? For what? A whole bottle?! I only asked for a little extra and her response was «well we do that here» in a very unprofessional irrated tone.
Its a shame we used to order from here about 4 times a week and we will never be back again. I have a huge network out here in the valley and will be spreading the word on how terrible this place is. They need to restructure how they handle there customers and deliver their food! Not worth the money at all they are not flexible with their specials at all either! Just a cheap, ridiculous place trying to get every dime out of you!

The bbq chicken and German pizza are great but the basic pizza and other specialty pizza just ok. The manager/​owner is ridiculous. We wanted get the special 2 pizzas 18.99 and add a topping to both and they said no you cant get the special then, you will have to pay regular price. I NEVER heard of a place being such jerks.

Have to help this place out. I think their pizza is good. Recently moved to Lower Nazareth. We’ve orders pizza (pick up) from them about 3 times now and all had been good. Once or twice we felt like it was a bit undercooked, but always friendly service and quick, too. Next time might ask them to leave pizza in for an extra minute or two. Good taste to it! Always ppl in there, too, when we pick up food.

Sadly, this place has gone downhill to the point where the delivery convenience isn’t worth the yukky slop they are trying to pass off as pizza. Definitely better off getting in your car and picking up at Sorella’s then dealing with the arrogance you have to endure in the name of delivery.
We always took advantage of the delivery and the 2 for $ 18.99 pizza special, sometimes adding toppings, and it was good for a while. The last few times all of the toppings and cheese are shifted off to one side of the pizza and oozing under the crust. I called to let them know this was the case, thinking the new delivery person didn’t know to keep the pies level, (wasn’t looking for a refund or replacement, it was late & we were starving) and was offered a discount on my next order. I used the discount the next time I ordered ($ 5.00÷2 pies). Had the same issue the last two times but didn’t complain.
This last (& FINAL) order was a complete wreck and when I called I was met with the attitude that I was somehow trying to pull a fast one on them. $ 28.00 plus tip for two one-​topping pizzas, they better be right. They reluctantly offered to replace the order with two fresh pies which I accepted, then proceeded to call me back three more times and tell me to «make sure I gave them the old pies back» and «the delivery guy must be crazy» and «do you still want the new pizzas». Finally I called back told them to come and pick up the pizza and bring my $ 28.00 back. Will never order from them again.

The pizza was ok, but the manager was a jerk to us. We had a $ 25 gift certificate and our bill came out to about $ 21. He refused to give us credit for the remaining balance and he got angry and acted like we were trying to rip him off or something when we questioned him about it. If he would have used a little bit of common sense, he would’ve realized that we would’ve come back later to give him more business. But now, because of his attitude and because he ripped us off, we definitely won’t go back. It’s not like the pizza was even that good anyway.

Called order in for pickup, got here and I’m waiting — sorry no excuse, I believe I will be going elsewhere. As I’m sitting waiting, they tried serving me somebody else’s food — oh boy hot mess. And the place isn’t busy, 4 peeps only here. I don’t think they will last…

I would not recommend this place unless you have no where these to go. Granted we did not have the pizza. 4 of us got hot sandwiches. They all sucked. Meatball sub tasted like cat food. Veal parm was crap. Steak sandwich and Gyro not good. I’d say go to Frank’s OR Sorella’s for pizza Or go up to Nazareth for one of the many great pizza places.

Pizza is decent but it seems like the toppings don’t go far enough toward the edge of the pizza. Delivery is mediicre at best because the toppings are often all spilled to one side and the beverages are either missing or wrong.
Don’t expect a smile if you go in either. I have purchased a number of meals here but have never felt welcome or appreciated as a customer.

Had a coupon from my entertainment book so my son and I decided to try it. He ordered the veal parm, I got a special of angel hair, scallops and a crab cake. We also got a slice of pizza to try it. The pizza was really good, I’d get pizza from here again. The salad was eh. The entrees were good. The pasta was cooked well. The veal was very good. The scallops were tender. I wasn’t a fan of the crab cake. I wouldn’t recommend ordering those. My son and I would both say 3.5 stars. Good little place for some decent food. I’d come back.
