Campus Hill – Lehigh

If I could give them a lower rating I would. They’re a horrible company. They have zero regard for the student’s schedule or privacy. They give less than 24 hrs notice when they show your house. The house showings literally never stop while you’re there. Forget about getting them to reschedule if you’re away and left your room locked and with all sorts of things out. I got screamed at by them last time I tried doing that when I was away for an interview. They made inspections the Monday of Spring Break, while everyone was gone. They expected all rooms to be unlocked and they gave no heads up before people left. So they just walked into people’s houses unlocking people’s rooms while nobody was home. And they did it again just last week while most of their tenants were away for Senior Week. They made the move out day graduation day and only moved it to the day after after all the seniors flipped out, myself included. They try to scam you into paying for services that should be provided by landlords. They tried to charge us for changing lightbulbs we didn’t even ask to be changed. They take forever to fix things. We didn’t have a microwave for months because they couldn’t get around to doing anything about. All their appliances are super cheap and even their floors (which they brag about when they talk about remodeling the units) are the cheapest things ever. I could go on and on more than I already did. Point is– DO NOT lease with Campus Hill unless you absolutely have no other choice. They are a mafia that has been buying out other landlords in the area. STAY AWAY.
