Waters Edge

Lived here a few years ago, it was the worst renting experience of my life. Severe water problems, the bathroom leaked into the hall (to the point that broadleaf weeds grew indoors), ceiling leaked into the living room, and the rain leaked into my bedroom. Told management many times and never had it fixed.
Friends and family used to tell me i stank like mold when they’d pick me up from my place. It was completely unsanitary and I’m sure illegal. I moved out before my lease was over but continued paying rent to avoid a huge fee. After paying rent on two apartments and finally being done with my rent at water’s edge, they refused to give me my deposit back and this is what really hit it home for me … they said i didnt clean the refridgerator well enough, when i moved into the place the apartment wasn’t cleaned after the last tennant and I had to throw out their rotting food. I left the fridge completely empty, I’ll admit their were sticky spots but after that hellish experience I figured it wasn’t a huge deal. Looking back I probably could have sued them for a ton of money but I kind of just hope karma takes care of them. Do yourself a favor and NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
