The manager is really rude to the employees I wouldn’t waist my time going here if I where you unless you wanna see the employees acting like idiots && the manager constantly yelling. so unprofessional hire mature group of staff honestly

Oh, Bethlehem Brew Works. Some great things about you, some blah things about you. Nothing really terrible, though, so that’s great!
I feel like upstairs the service is inconsistent, but tolerable. I’ve never been able to get into upstairs. It’s a fine place to go for things people like. Burgers, salads with lots of stuff on them, whatever. It’s totally and perfectly middling.
Downstairs the bar is always A-​OK when not filled by sweaty, horny thirty-​somethings looking desperately for love (or something adjacent to it).
Trivia night is what to go for, although the crowd can sometimes include wild-​card teams of drunk out of towners who have decided to get in on the fun. I guess that adds to the appeal?
When all is said and done, I really just go for hot soft pretzels and the beer and cheese dip.

This is definitely a «burger and beer» place and they do it extremely well! Great burgers, fries, sandwiches and salads… priced right! If you go here for a dinner meal, you may be expecting a bit much and will come out disappointed. It’s a fun and lively atmosphere in a college town and perfect for a fun quick meal. Beers on tap or good, ice-​cold and a nice variety. Loved their IPA and their beer sampler. I have been there several times and will continue to visit when in town.

I wouldn’t have expected it, but this place is actually kid friendly. They have one of the healthiest, freshest kids menus I’ve ever seen. Unlike most places that offer gross Mac N Cheese from a box, hot dogs, French fries, etc., for only $ 6 we were able to order a generous portion of homemade chicken strips which my toddler loved, and some steamed broccoli. I was so expressed with the friendliness of the staff. The back room was also very stroller friendly and spacious.

If the booth seats weren’t so uncomfortable this would’ve been a 5 star rating. Beer flight of 6 beers were real tasty at just $ 10.
Food was great! Beer & cheese soup yummy!!! Chili great! 2 apps we had were awesome. Boom boom shrimp & cauliflower buffalo bites were awesome! Will def go again!!! Yup!

They have good appetizers here, however, if you go as a family, plan to go earlier in the night as it gets extremely loud, especially by the door and bar. If you happen to go with family, ask for a table on the second level.
If you’re a beer fanatic, get the micro-​brew.

Disappointing. It used to be a nice place to go. But, lately, the service and the food is just mediocre and there are now much better places to eat in Bethlehem.

My wife and I stopped in for a beer and dinner and we were really happy.
This brewpub is located right in the heart of Bethlehem. I had a grapefruit IPA and and the bratwurst platter. I enjoyed both of them! They have a wide variety of different craft beer styles and plenty of food options. If you are in the area, it is worth the visit.

Decent place to go for New Year’s Eve. I told the hostess that I called and she said reservations were not necessary and when I went for a table she said 30 minutes and at the time the place was pretty empty. Oddly they called us after 5 minutes. Food was decent but very salty and the dip that came with the pretzels was like colored water.

Haven’t been here in a while and decided it was time to visit. It was fun. Noisy but fun. We started with beer in the lounge downstairs which was crowded but not unbearable. Wait time for our table of three was as usual for a Saturday night — 40 minutes as promised. Dinner started with the hummus sampler — tasty and fresh — I highly recommend. Entrees included brats and wurst — nothing special the usual, a very generous cob salad and fish tacos — delicious. I’ll never say the food is amazing — it’s bar food, and I’m a fan of theirs! PS the service was excellent — especially on a busy Saturday night.,

My friends and I were so excited to eat here and it was such a let down. First of all our waitress wasn’t the friendliest, she was just blah. I ordered the aged beef burger with one of the upgrades you could put on it. Honestly I’ve had better burgers at red robin. My friends burger was completely raw even though she asked for medium. And my other friends wrap had no sauce on it. The only good thing about this place is their Mac and cheese. Maybe today was just an off day, but brew works sadly disappointed me.

Good pub food and fantastic beer that is brewed on premises. We sat at the bar and had an order of wings. I had the Fegley’s ESB and the hop infusion ipa. The IPA was a nice balance of bitter and other flavors. We have been here many times and always enjoyed our visit.

Our first stop in Bethlehem for a couple drinks on a Saturday night. Very cozy watering hole and the ambiance is really cool! I love seeing the beer tanks that make the very beer you’re enjoying! Very large bar and tables a plenty. Just be prepared to wait for a table. I assume they take reservations, but not sure. The line was out the door, and we just sashayed up to the bar for our drinks… After a couple rounds, we left, but this place I’ll definitely be back to… the food being served looked really good, very large portions! I think the next time my wife and I are in town, we’ll have dinner here. It looked that good :-) Very highly recommended and quick, polite service.

What a cool place!!! My co-​worker and I had the flight of beers (4 in house regular and then 2 seasonal) for $ 10!!! After we shared the appetizer sampler, which was pretty damn good. To finish off our experience, i had the Christmas city salad. Spinach, dried cranberries, crumbled blue cheese, green apples (chopped), a light balsamic dressing, and candied walnuts. It was delicious. The music was awesome and atmosphere was very relaxed. Stop BY. Enjoy!!!

We’ve been coming here for years, taking our visiting family and friends here for years and it never disappoints. The beer, the food and the service is always on point. Great for groups, families or a date. I could easily go for a beer sampler right now! Anything you order is delicious and the atmosphere makes Brew Works a win win.

When came here while visiting Musikfest and were expecting a wait but nope we got sat right away.
I love the look of the restaurant very industrial and it’s cool seeing the brew tanks in the dinning area.
For starters we ordered a moscow mule and some sunshine drink and a order of boom boom shrimp. Drinks were solid and shrimp were good with flavor. I would have liked a little more boom to them and maybe a dipping sauce. Also I’m seeing a trend up here where they plates food on top of romaine lettuce. Why? We are from va beach and this is never the case at out local restaurants. Please reconsider this wasteful not needed presentation. Thanks!
On to entrees. I got the pulled pork mac and cheese grilled cheese with the beer battered fries and oh my! It was freaking delicious! I ate all of it and I could definitely go back and get it again. My boyfriend had the gravity mac and cheese with grilled chicken and he said it was great. I tried a bite and it was so ooey and thick full of awesome cheeses. Great choices.
We ended the meal with 2 beer flights and enjoyed all of them.
Our waiter was Julian and he was great too.

This brewpub has definitely got some character. I was in Bethlehem for work and went here for dinner so I went to up to the bar and go the last open spot so this was an obvious local hot spot.
I looked through the menu and got the meatloaf which was pretty good with decent flavor but it didn’t really wow me. I did appreciate the hefty portion since I didn’t have lunch this day. The beer sample was also a must have since I was at a brewpub but the beer was no good I didn’t like any of the beer they made but that’s my personal preference and I’m not a beer connoisseur but this didn’t do it for me.

Great place! Very chill ambience! Great place to gather with friends and family. The food is deluxe and ABOVE typical bar fare. They have gluten free and organic options! The Bavarian Pretzels are to die for and are a must try! I love the fish tacos as well! The burgers are real meaty and juicy… And can we talk about the french fries? Soo good. Fresh cut fries… Doesnt get any better than that! I love the Steelgarden Witt beer! Fresh brewed… Tastes like a blue moon.
I took one star off for the craft beers. I did the beer sampler and almost all of the beers were NOT to mt liking. I do not like too much hop! Also, prices are a bit steep — however, its HIGH QUALITY MADE FROM SCRATCH FOOD! I dont mind the high prices! Check this place out! They also have a rewards card that offers half price munchies on weeknights in the bar only!

Very small and very tight downstairs bar space, its like a converted basement in your friends house.
Theres a bar under the stairs and a pool table over to the side. Not sure what to day about the patrons there, its pretty much normal for Bethlehem I guess? If you’re visiting from outside the area, you’ll be aure to be disappointed in this as a bar/​nightclub choice (with the dance music so loud, what else could they be going after). There are plenty of better service and better scenes in main street to grab a drink at.
