I eat here almost every day and they are pretty fast. They seem to run out of tuna or veggie patties after the lunch crowds. They need to stock more.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Bread tasted weird even though they toasted it and my bag of chips was munched on by rodents. Not that I noticed until I sat down to eat it at home. So gross!

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. They never fail to mess up my order. They never listen to how you want your sandwich made partially because some can’t speak English (which is not their fault at all) but a lot of the workers are pretty rude.

A majority of the times that I have gone here, the service has been horrible. Slow moving line, slow sandwich making, and constantly having to repeat your order. The employees are frequently speaking in Spanish to each other, which could be a reason why the customers need to repeat their order. Also, it’s poor customer service to be speaking a foreign language amongst employees while the customer doesn’t know what they are talking about.
This morning, after waiting in line for several minutes, an employee from the Dunkin Donuts side of the café told the three of us customers in line that they were not serving subway because there were too many sandwiches and coffees to be made for Dunkin Donuts. I could hear someone in the back kitchen area, so not sure why that person couldn’t help make sandwiches. I was planning on Subway being my brunch and dinner… But I guess not.

Any place that refuses service 3 minutes before the closing deserves 0 stars to me. You still had all your food out as well. I walked in at 8:57 and i was told i could get a soda or something. It’s bad customer service. Plus if you are done serving food common sense tells you to lock the door. So, disappointed in this subway.

Even though they bake their own bread, it just doesn’t taste good. If their bread improved, place would be much better. It used to be good but no longer. Very disappointing only go if you have no other choice.

I’m giving 4 stars as its a better than average subway. Good service, the same options and menu as everywhere else. What you would expect from a subway.
