I also came with a coupon for BOGO and at least I showed it to them when ordered 2 of the same sub. They claimed they don’t take the coupon, so I walked out. I don’t know if it is the illegal version of «bait and switch», but it’s close enough. It’s rude and I would not go to this location. There is one at Old Georgetown Rd. 3 minutes away also in Bethesda.(Although I do not know if they refuse the coupons as well?) STAYAWAY! BADBUSINESSPRACTICE! Boo!

I thought the location was a bit out of the way, but it was a nice space with ample seating. The cashier and sandwich maker were both really nice and my food tasted great. I also love the fully loaded pepper bar! I wish prices were lower, but that’s not a huge issue. The sammies are warm and delicious and my caesar salad was fresh and crisp. I’ll more than likely return to this location.

Two and a half stars. Located next to Bach to Rock, lots of street parking in the area but you’ll see the occasional cop parking illegally to pick up lunch from here. One lonely outdoor table. They advertise their unaccepted coupons better here now… via samples crossed out with Sharpies… subtle. Sandwich was okay, only as boring as it was because of my menu selection. Service reasonably friendly on slower days.

I have never been so annoyed. I live less than a quarter mile from this Quiznos location. I don’t go thee very often but I recently received a flyer with a set of coupons, so I took them up on the offer. The coupon was for a buy one, get one free. Not only did that flyer showcase the deals but it also listed this particular Quiznos location on the flyer which showcased the deal. When I arrived at the store, close to closing I ordered the sandwich. Now it was my fault for not presenting the coupon before I ordered I just assumed when you send me a coupon and list the location closest to my house that it would be a location participating in this particular offer. As the man finished making my order he looked at the coupon i was holding and nastily said to me «I don’t accept the free sub coupon» — dumbfounded I said… «How is that possible?» I asked. I am so flipping annoyed that I then felt like I needed to take this sandwich which ended up tasting horrible anyway. Quiznos needs to get their marketing under control. I will never return here and I will be sure to let everyone else I know to do the same. I used to love Quiznos, but ill stick to my subway if this is the way they trick customers into buying more than they bargained for. And franchise owners should cut people a break, because this particular employee/owner seemed like he’s broken the bad news to many customers. Put up a sign or something, it’s just bad business.
