I love noodles and company! My favorite item on the menu are Pesto cavatappi, chicken cesar sandwich and the tomato bisque. The food always tastes amazing and fresh. If you ask them to tweak your order then they will be more then happy to do so. Restaurant is always clean, and i will keep on coming back.

Noodles are good. Company? Not so much. I see other reviews on here about rude staff. I have complete faith that they are all true. When i was going to place my order, I asked the host a question about something on the menu. She said nothing and then proceeded to roll her eyes and me and give me an attitude. When we got our food we told the manager who basically just brushed it off. You can come here and get decent food but if you appreciate good service, look elsewhere. I know I will next time.

I love noodles and company but this location has the rudest staff ever. We would never go there again.

This place is so great. The service is good as well as the food there. I highly recommend the cheesy garlic bread, tomato bistro, and Thai hot pot, which is not spicy at all.

Very unhappy today. Have in the past enjoyed having lunch when coming in town. The place was vey dirty. Had to clean my own table. The 55 minutes that I was there never cleaned one table. When they got a small line that when tables were cleared not washed down. Unfriendly employees. When I got food it was warm to cold. Salad had way to much dressing.(in past dressing just right) pot sticker were flat and cold. Will never eat there again or tell a Freind again.

I love noodles & company so much but every time I go to this specific location, the staff is always talking amongst themselves and don’t seem interested in creating a decent customer satisfaction. It’s awkward as a customer to not be acknowledged when trying to order, as well as standing waiting way longer then expected because workers are talking even while holding my completed order for like 5 minutes

This almost became my favorite restaurant until I saw a small hair in my soup. When I went to the register to show that and asked for a replacement, they stared at me for a few seconds. maybe I was not as frustrated as I should have been. I am hoping that it was because of a dirty soup bowl instead of the whole soup being contaminated. Anyway they replaced my soup after 15 minutes. I was kind of surprised that they have not offered to refund my cost but I was in a good mood and did not want to ask. When I was leaving one guy came and said«sorry about that» and gave me a coupon 1 soup. Not worth the experience.

I’m not a fan of getting Asian style noodles at these type of places, so when I do go here I get either the mac and cheese or buttered noodles. Of the two I prefer the mac and cheese. The staff here is friendly and you can order ahead online and use the pickup spots upfront if you’re in a rush.

So disappointed! I just finished fasting and was craving something really tasty. I ordered pad tai with shrimp. My noodles were extremely dry, like they were boiled and immediately thrown into the bowl. I was also missing the peanuts that ate supposed to be added to the dish. The only real flavor was from the Sriracha I added. I will not order from this location again.

Had a buy one get one free coupon! the food comes out pretty quick, but sometimes it takes a while if they’re on the hunt for your table number. There are always plenty of seats at this location. I was surprised to see alcohol on the menu, and its really well priced! I’m not sure I would drink at a noodles and company though. I like trying new things other then the noodle dishes, the wisconsin cheesesteak was really good. The sides that are 1 $ additional are proportional to the price. The thai curry soup was a small bowl and the salad was a small portion but can’t expect much for $ 1!

Absolutely delicious! I went there with a birthday coupon for free noodles and didn’t really know what to get. The gal working the register(I can’t remember her name right now) helped me decide what to get. She told me she had a gift for picking exactly what customers wanted. I’m super indecisive so I let her use her special powers… Pad Thai with shrimp and tomato basil soup. I just added that I wanted some extra sauce on the side. I couldn’t wait to get home and dig in! The food smelled soooo good in the car. I ate the soup first and I’m not ashamed to admit that I licked the bowl!!! The pad thai was equally as good. I was trying to save some for lunch the next day and was not very successful. Ah well! I’ll definitely be headed back to Noodles & Co :)

Noodles and Co is Noodles and Co. You know what you’re going to get and I love it. I mean, they actually measure out the ingredients by weight, that is probably how they stay so consistent. This location is just as good as the one in Congressional to me. It just depends where I am at the time. It is not location what does it for me, it’s about the food. I always get the same thing. A small Penne Rosa with Parm cheese, Parm crusted chicken, and NO mushrooms with a tossed greens side salad SUB sesame soy dressing. If you haven’t had the sesame soy dressing– it is so good, it is my favorite dressing. Haven’t been able to find a duplicate at any grocery store. I wish I could buy it straight from Noodles. I would clean them out! I also recommend the Indonesian Peanut Sauté and the Chinese Chop Salad.

Good food for being in the mall. I ordered a spicy Asian dish. The girl took my order, not asking any questions. When I got to my table I realized I wasn’t asked about a drink. I went back and got a cup for water. When my dish arrived I saw it didn’t have any meat. When I looked at their menu closer, I saw along the bottom it said you could add meat to some dishes. I really wish the girl at the register had actually spoken to me. If I was a manager here, I’d be making sure they asked EVERY customer«Do you want to add meat?» and«Do you want a drink with that?» because these seem like two very obvious choices for *most* customers. Had she even tried, my order amount would have increased from $ 7 to $ 12 and I’d have been more than happy to pay it for a darn drink and some chicken.

Sometimes, you want noodles. But when you’re 3 girls, you can’t always agree on 1 type of noodle dish you want, so forget rock, papers, scissors and someone getting upset, just run down the street to Montgomery mall and satisfy everyone’s cravings! At least that’s what my sisters and I do. And we’ve never been disappointed. The one thing I can say this location does right is consistency, which is key. Each of us love a few things on the menu, and we always rotate between those, so we’re pretty quick to notice when something is off. While other Noodles location have been off, the Montgomery Mall one consistently gives you good food that is very fresh. Also, and maybe this is because of it’s location upstairs next to Nordstrom, it’s usually pretty empty. Unlike the Food Court that gets jam-packed, if you want somewhere quiet to eat, come here. At most, I think I’ve seen 5 other people in here at the same time as me. With regards to the food and menu itself, they have 3 groups of dishes — American, Asian, and Mediterranean. From the American group, I never stray from the Mushroom Stroganoff w/beef and the Caesar Salad. Word to the wise, do NOT get the parmesan cheese on the stroganoff. Just say no. ‘Cause that’s yuck. From the Asian group, I actually don’t order anything. And from the Mediterranean group, I am slightly obsessed with their Penne Rosa w/chicken and their Tomato Basil Bisque. The Penne Rosa has a slightly spicy kick to it which is just awesome! I’m also a sucker for their humungo Rice Krispy Treats. Always soft. Always marshmallow-y. Always the right decision after eating a bowl full of carbs.

Beats the food court any day! It is a great place to grab a bite to eat and sit and people watch as they come out of Nordstrom with their overpriced bags full of stuff. The staff is good and the food is good to! Give it a try.

I tried to come back here with my friend for noodles happy hour– aka a plate of Japanese Pan Noodles and a Stella Artois. I handed them my perfectly legitimate New York state driver’s license and the cashier gave it to the manager to check. This manager gave it to a lady who told me they could not accept it because my ID was not laminated. *facepalm 1* I tried reasoning with the woman, explaining to her that New York ID’s are NOT laminated and it would be illegitimate if it WAS laminated. My fellow New Yorker friend even showed her ID to verify what a NYID looks like. She told me it was Maryland STATELAW not to accept unlaminated ID’s. *facepalm 2* I have lived in Maryland for years so to hear this ridiculous statement pissed me off. Noodles, for the love of beer, please educate your workers.

On some level, all of the Noodles and Company restaurants are pretty much identical. In of itself, that makes it nothing special. However, what we’re talking about is a fast food restaurant. But unlike conventional fast food restaurants.(Yes, I’m looking at YOU Messers McDonald and King), this place does fast food pasta. Pasta vs greasy, deep-fried junk… hrm…the agony of choice. :) What’s cool about Noodles is that they take 3 or 4 different food cuisines and give you a few options to pick from. I tend to stay within the Asian and Italian cuisines. As I am a huge pesto fan(which should be fairly obvious to anyone paying attention to my reviews of Italian restaurants by now…). I will often get the Pesto Cavateppi dish from the Italian menu. This is a lightly creamy pesto sauce. It’s not too heavy, which has more to do with portion control. The sauce is garnished with tomato, mushrooms, and topped with parmesan. I will usually ask them to leave off the parmesan since I’m just not a big cheese fan. That also helps keep the pesto sauce less creamy, which is my preference. I will also typically add a ciabatta roll on the side. The second dish I often order is the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. Garnished with assorted veggies and an impressively heaped pile of sprouts, the sauce is served over rice noodles. This is a two chili-pepper dish as it’s a bit spicier. However, the spice heat is not over powering and it is quite tolerable for people who do not like hot food. Finally, from the Asian menu, I’ve tried the Japanese pan noodles. Nice, thick udon noodles with a caramelized stir fry. This is a sweeter sauce than the peanut sauté, but quite yummy too. The restaurant works relatively simply as you walk in, decide what you want, and order. They give you a number to stick on the stand on the table and then bring your food to you. They bus the tables, but it seems too casual to leave a tip. So, I’m often confused by what the etiquette is for them. But, at the end of the day, for about $ 7 – 10, you can get a nice, healthier fast-food alternative.

This was my first time eating at this franchisee, which I will return again. I love the fact that they display the calorie count on their menu, which forces me to remain conscious of my food selection(s). I had the small Chicken Penne Rosa and still had some to take home to eat later. It was seasoned very well with a nice kick to it that is tolerable as I am not a spicy food lover. I took points off because I had to clean the tables off myself and the staff doesn’t make it a priority to clean the dining area and remove guests food from off of the table.
