My experience in your store…
Was an absolute delight!
From the moment I walked in your beautiful, bright paradise of a boutique, I felt like a guest in my Aunt Sally’s beach house. Although I brought a friend, who happens to be an avid Lilly shopper, I couldn’t have felt more special than your wonderful sales team made me feel. As soon as I told your girls my mission, which was to find a dress to wear to a Jamaican wedding, they brought me outfit after outfit to try on.
Once I found the Lilly original I wanted (Cadence), I realized you didn’t have my size. As they say in Jamaica, «no problem» and that was exactly what your manager, Kelly, uttered to me. She found my size at a store in Pennsylvania, which she ensured would be overnighted to me. She mentioned she would email me with the tracking information, too. However, I had no idea I would hear from her that quick!
Shortly after leaving the store, I heard a «ding» and sure enough I received the note from her. She even kept a similar dress in my size on hold in case my dress didn’t arrive for some reason.
But, I had faith not only in Kelly but Lilly Pulitzer for doing everything in your power to get me my dress before my husband and I left on our trip the following Wednesday. And you definitely did!
Although Lilly wasn’t a journalist, I am awarding you the «Pulitzer» Prize of amazing customer service and impeccable style! The latter portion of my award can be attributed to the countless compliments I received on my dress (and even the cotton dress I wore to the rehearsal dinner)! I felt like a million bucks in both outfits and I wasn’t even the bride!
Thank you for everything! I can’t wait to visit your store again really soon!

Can I hire the person who decorated this store to do my room please? It’s just so cute and summery and happy. Anyways, I’m a big fan of this store. It’s fairly large and is a lot less cramped than Pink Palm. The fitting room area is off to the side and I really like the layout of this location. They don’t carry as many accessories as Pink Palm but they always have a good sales section.
The staff here are the best! Always cheery, helpful and professional which puts me in a good mood (and if you know me, I’m rarely in a good mood at the mall). I have never had less than a 5 star experience with anyone who works here. When items are not in stock they always offer to look it up to see if any neighboring stores would have it. There was a bag last summer than I loved but wanted to wait until it went on sale to purchase it. They actually took down my information and said they would contact me when it went on sale! I had never heard of any place doing that but they get major props for their customer service.
I also like that they offer monogramming. I was buying a big tote bag for a friend (she wanted to use it as a baby bag) and they offered to monogram it for free.
Great store, great staff and great products. All around 5 stars.

All of the staff at this Lilly Pulitzer store location were extremely friendly and helpful. The new agendas had just come out so they had an in-​store event with beverages and cookies. They also had a raffle to win an agenda, tumbler, and drink hugger! Despite the store being busy, the staff offered personalized attention and even feedback on things I tried on. They were always there and willing to get me other sizes without hovering or asking too many times. When I couldn’t find the size I wanted in the skirt I wanted to purchase, they were able to locate it and call another Lilly store and have it shipped to me free of charge. Overall, a great shopping experience at this Lilly location!
