Footlocker

Kicks off to the Manager Rob and his floor crew. From my first visit, the entire staff has been on point. I like their eagerness to assist not just sell, and overall happy to help whether you purchase or not. I needed to order some shoes for the FAM and was very glad to see that the shoes that were out of stock in store, was able to order online and for the same price. Team Rob customer service was off the chart, in the paint, so I went back to get my old school AirMax 95’s…why can’t these ever be on sale?!
I do like the young crew’s hustle though in offering other products to try on… good selling skills! I did get some shocks, T-​Shirts (great sale on Nike Gear) and some other goodies for Team FAM.
With the exception of the phone line ringing busy for the first few efforts of contact, I’m well pleased with FL’s Montgomery’s location and their staff. I’m looking forward to the Winter Gear as Nike never disappoints.

Most of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. This location usually has everything I am looking for, and shoe releases aren’t TOO hectic. The only downfall is the lack of phone communication… Please answer the phone Footlocker!

Staff was friendly at first, ordered me a shirt that they didn’t have in my size but then when I received it was totally not what I ordered. When I went to return it they did not want to be bothered then stated I could not collect on the shipping fee because their wasn’t anything wrong with the shirt. They screwed up and wanted me to pay for their mistake?! Footlocker service really going down hill.

Their always friendly and get me what I need.

Joke. Their policy is that if you order online and want to return to a store, they have the right to deny you if they don’t want that item returned in their store.
I experienced this at the Footlocker at Montgomery Mall. I don’t know if this is common but I’ve just never heard of this at any store. Also the manager at that Footlocker is a donkey.
