As aforementioned, parking is 80 cents per hour, and free on weekends and county holidays. It is also free after 10pm and before 7am. If you get a ticket at, say, 9:55pm and come back to your car at 12:30am, you will still have to pay. On weekdays when you must pay, there is a grace period of approximately 10 minutes. I have parked here, picked up a cupcake at Georgetown Cupcake, and made it back to the pay on foot machine without getting charged.

The Bethesda Parking website stated that there are 2 ways to enter this garage with your vehicle, however since I was new to the building altogether, I decided to use the entrance on Bethesda Ave (closest to Wisconsin Ave). This was a weekend and so the bars were up upon entering the garage — parking is free on weekends and county holidays. Outside of that, there is a cost of 80 cents per hour, Monday to Friday between 7am to 10pm.
I was able to find a spot pretty quickly, however my friend said that it took her a while (about 5 to 10 minutes) just to find a spot. When you exit your vehicle, take note of the level you are parked on — it will be plastered on the wall and also near the elevator.
Since this garage is a Pay on Foot system, during the time there is a cost for parking, you will need to take you ticket with you. For example, if you park near the elevators for level G1, and take the elevator one floor up, it will take you to level C. When you exit the elevator, the first thing you see is the Pay on Foot machine — this is where you will go to pay and you do it when you are going back to your vehicle.
As you exit the door by this machine, take note of the area — it is right next to Chopt, by the Capital Crescent Trail and across the street from Barnes and Noble. This will help you when it is time to go back to your vehicle.
