This resturant is the best. We’ve been coming here for 5 years. Staff is really nice. Good always good. Fair prices. Got the rack of lamb. Amazing. We’ve never had a bad meal here you should try it. Follow me if you like this review.

We went to Bistro 151 with a rather large group(11 adults and 4 teenagers). Everyone thought the food was great and the price was right. Several of us had the Chicken Roulade and Chicken Piccata which were both wonderful. The portions are great and the service attentive. A real step above Suds pub(downstairs). The atmosphere was lovely and there is a large bar where you can either eat, drink, and/or watch TV. We would go back in a heartbeat. We only had one small complaint. When we arrived, we wanted to move a few tables together. They were very averse to this and we ended up having the kids at one table and then smashing the adults into a different, larger table.(but not quite large enough). The place was not busy and we were wondering why they wouldn’t accommodate a large group? Hence, 4 stars and not 5.

Bistro 151 is a cute American bistro in the Sudbury Inn in Bethel, ME, which is not far from the Sunday River resorts and accessible via the Mountain Explorer shuttle. The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and made us feel like old friends. I would highly recommend checking this place out next time you head up to the slopes at Sunday River. I went there with a group of 4 of us and every dish was excellent and reasonably priced. I ordered a Caesar Salad and the Brick Chicken. The salad was very well prepared and had a very light Caesar dressing that picked up the flavor from the lemon garnish and bite-sized garlic toast croutons. The Brick Chicken was a perfectly prepared and succulent piece of chicken with crispy skin that was served on a bed of rice with lime and orange garnishes.
The other dish I tasted was the Vegetable en croute, which was an eastern European style vegetable dish with a phyllo dough crust. This dish was good, but not great. I would go with the brick chicken if you are deciding between the two options. However, you won’t be going wrong with either choice. My other friends ordered the Pork Osso Bucco and the Steak frites and had great things to say about both of these dishes as well. If you are looking for a more upbeat ambiance you can find that downstairs in the suds pub. This place looked really fun and has live music. It also worth noting that you can order the pub food in the bistro as well if you are looking for that type of fare in a mellower ambiance. We also ate at the Black Diamond Steakhouse while we were in town. Everyone agreed that Bistro 151 is a superior restaurant all around from a both a service and food perspective.
