Purchasing snowboard equipment is an investment to say the least. The prices of these boards are in their $ 300+ and as intimidated as I was, I walked in to get some questions answered.
A gentleman near the front entrance was friendly from the get go (A real great quality of customer service). He also told me the current sales on apparel and a few other things on sale. I inquired about snowboards and how to purchase one since I was interested in buying gear for the next season. He asked a few simple questions and gave me a ton of great information. He was able to narrow down the types of snowboards that would best fit my snowboarding style and then he gave me more insight on different boards as well. I never realized the complexities of snowboarding. He was even able to tell me when their annual sales will start.
Great service! They definitely got me as a future customer.

Only company in California to carry the boots I was looking for … I live in LA … They shipped them to me the same day I ordered, the boots were here in two days. Perfect service! This store along with their sister store in LA were bomb to work with ! Thanks everyone for your help finding and getting these snowboard boots for my lil grom!

I received an awesome bag from this store as a gift during Christmas; however, I noticed a manufacturing defect on the bag so I dropped by to exchange it for same model. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anymore in stock, so they had another one shipped over from another store in less than a week. Cara and the rest of the staff were very helpful and super chill. Even better… the lifetime warranty on the bags! Definitely can’t wait to come back and to pick up some gear for snowboarding!

I love this Burton location. I visit occasionally when I am in the area and have a great experience with the sales associates most of the time. Last time I went I was looking for some warm weather gear; the sales associate that helped me was named Hunter, he was able to help me figure out what was best for my lifestyle which was awesome because I’m not an avid boarder, I appreciated it so much. Great place to go for good quality gear!

I ride Burton head to toe. I know their products and story. I’ve waited for Burton to open a flagship store in the Bay Area and so far have picked up quite a bit of items for me and the fam. Great service and awesome product. Go see Clay and his team and enjoy standing sideways!

I dropped by Burton today to check out a jacket that’s in their window display. I tried it on and loved it, but had to think about it for a while. Meanwhile, I had a long conversation with Clay, the store manager, about Burton products and their versatility, and I have to say I was sold. It’s nice to find clothing for three-​season hiking that isn’t monochrome and overly technical looking, yet still packing all the features of other brands like Patagonia and REI. It’s even better when they have cute patterns and heritage outdoor wear. I came back later in the afternoon with my credit card and bought the jacket! I’ll definitely be back.
