I would like to express my deep appreciation for the help of Eli Muniz at GPS Bergenfield NJ store.
We are bulding a brand new home in Cresskill and we where recommend by our contractor to go and buy our plumbing supply from GPS.
We met Eli at the store and since then we found ourselves in such a relief in building our new home.
Eli Muniz is such a pleasure to work with, his knowledge kindness and patients is just phenomenal.
We would highly recommend our friends and clients to buy through him.

I went to General Plumbing Supply in Bergenfield to purchase items for four bathrooms. Everything from toilets and tubs, to faucets and a vanity. I was very overwhelmed, but the person I worked with made it easy and an absolute pleasure. I worked with Eli Muniz. He spent a lot of time helping me. I went in a few times to do research and narrow down my options before going in and placing my order. Eli helped me every time and graciously spent many hours with me. He is a consummate professional who really knows his stuff. If I didn’t know otherwise, I would swear he was the owner of the whole operation. He always returns my phone calls promptly and always goes the extra mile. Obviously, I am not alone in my opinion because whenever I was with him, his phone rang off the hook & people were always waiting just to work with him. When it was time to actually place my rather large order, Eli sat down with me and my contractor for about 2 hours and expertly advised us on the best & most efficient options for my shower heads, faucets, diverters, etc. For example, he advised getting certain faucets for the master bath so the plumber would only need to drill 4 holes instead of 5. Through the whole transaction, I really felt like Eli wasn’t just trying to sell me things to make a profit, but was really trying to help me get the best quality, most efficient options, and best value for my money. GPS has several locations, & I had been to another location, but I immediately felt more impressed with Eli. I would definitely recommend GPS for all your plumbing needs. It is more manageable then the larger box stores, better quality, a lot of Kohler products, & very competitive prices. And although they have several locations, I would definitely make the extra effort to go to Bergenfield & ask for Eli.

My husband and I were in the midst of completely renovating our home. We visited many showrooms and we were greeted by the worst customer service anyone could encounter. We stumbled upon GPS in Bergenfield and decided to give it a try. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and welcomed. We sat with Eli and instantly we knew we were in the right place. His patience and knowledge of the various vendors and products really assisted us in being able to make confident decisions in what to purchase. Eli’s customer service exceeded any scale by far! Great place to go for great customer service. I have only had the pleasure to work with Julie here, but everyone seems very friendly.
This place has more options than you could ever want for a bathroom or kitchen. I would suggest making sure you give your self plenty of time when going here.
Also it may be a good idea to set up an apt with someone before you go in, I am bias but I would recommend Julie.
