Their wings are super small. The guy that took our order was super rude. My bf swore this place was good but I didn’t think it was all that for what we paid and what we got

I was craving wings which is rare for me so we decided to order from here. I didn’t check the reviews until after we ordered. The food was definitely disappointing. Do not order wings from here. They were sad. Very tiny. However the overall order was not disgusting like some of these reviews make the food sound like. Just not that great, won’t order from here again.

Nothing like the other chicken n rib crib franchises I’ve been to. Not sure where they get their ingredients, but they should lose the rights to the name. I want to vomit now.

Food here is definitely not worth the price aside from the tiny wings the 24 karat sauce has a funky smell and wasn’t the least bit appetizing the «rolls» are hard takes forever for delivery and honestly they used to be much better in not sure what changed but I hope they figure it out

Wow what a horrible place. I just got chicken tenders and it tasted like rubber. I also got the cheese burger and that came out burnt and the bread was like a rock. Long story short I spent 13 $ on my food and only could stomach about half of it. Save your money people and do not eat here

Bergenfield has a lot of restaurants and eateries that people don’t really realize, but this one you can’t miss, and you shouldn’t .
I have ordered from here multiple times and I must say their food is amazing, the name really says it all. From their chicken to their ribs, you will not be disappointed .
I always order the buffalo tenders with fries with 24 karat sauce on the side, this is a dish I highly recommend ! It’s full of flavor and the chicken has the perfect amount of crisp and tenderness that will make you regret not ordering more pieces (do 7 pieces trust me).
Their wings are relatively small but they are really crisp and Come off the bone and with different flavors of dip they offer you will find your taste. Their ribs (only ordered once) are surprisingly good. You don’t really expect a random spot like this to have amazing ribs but they are better than a lot of ribs I have had, remind me of dinosaur bbq in the city. They are so tender and saucy and always made to order and if you love ribs you will die of joy with these.
All together this is one of the best places to order food in Bergenfield, if your on the neighboring towns I recommend to check it out, highly recommend the buffalo tenders, best I have had!

Their Bbq ribs are juicy and tender. The meat easily comes off from the bone.

I have ordered for chicken and rib, the food was excellent specially the bufflao wings and fried chicken are really fantastic, they have different flavors like the 24K gold and radioactive, the delivery was in time and the driver was quite decent, definitely I shall order again.

I placed an ordered using the Grubhub app and i got my food 2 hours later, the delivery guy couldn’t find my address on the GPS ???
The food was cold, the chicken had a funny taste, the fish and chips are awful, 50% heavy greasy batter 50% frozen fish, doesn’t taste fresh at all

Used to be a huge fan. Now this place sucks. New ownership is horrible. Charged $ 21 for a few mozzarella sticks and 7 TINY pieces of chicken and soggy fries. Some advice for the owner: SELL IT!!! You will be out of business very soon. You guys really suck. You lost my business.

Just ordered an order of 2 15 piece buffalo wings dinners, 2 cornbreads, 2 baked beans, and jalapeño poppers. The food was delivered promptly but was very disappointing. Cornbreads and baked beans were cold and some of the chicken legs must have been from midget chickens because they were ridiculously small. I wasted over $ 41 and will NEVER make the same mistake again. If I have the craving for wings, I’ll go to Hooters and get the naked wings. Apparently they must’ve changed owners because the food stinks.

POOR FOOD and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have ordered here for years and always enjoyed the food. Ordered today and the ribs were BURNED and tasted old and dry! I called the store and they refused to credit me back or make any compensation. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! The management has changed, the prices have gone up dramatically, and the food has gone down! TRULY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Food is horrible! Fish and chips are actually cheap fish sticks. Pulled pork sandwich was old dried out meat drowned in bbq sauce. Wings are just okay but never seen wings that small in my life. Don’t waste your money.

This place has wings smaller than a quater. You get them in a box and it doesn’t have any flavor. For the price you pay, you might as well go to KFC or Popeyes and get actual food.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders dinner with fries and a roll. It was just bad! The chicken was anything but tender, the meat was extremely chewy. I never had a more worse chicken tender. Ended up eating some fries and thrusting away rest of it
We always ordered from the Mahwah location from work and really like it. I saw the Unilocal ratings and said well it can’t be that bad, it’s a chain. Boy was I wrong!
Even the container wasn’t the same, the other location had these nice branded boxes and I got mine from this location in a Styrofoam box. I’m beginning to think they are not the same?!

Been ordering from here for a while now I always get tenders with 24 k gold sauce with blue cheese on the side or I get the fried chicken. The wings I must admit are comparable to rat legs and bat wings as my friends and I call them. I feel the quality of food could go up a bit more but then again the prices aren’t terrible and that’s probably why. I do enjoy the fried clam strips from time to time and they do have really good french fries. I do like the food not love but like. I feel there is a lot of room for improvement here.

This place has great fried chicken and great wings. Everything else doesn’t taste as well. I’d goes as fall to say that the dishes I’ve tried other then Fried Chicken or wings have been nasty. Do not under any circumstances order BBQ chicken from here, they don’t. BBQ it it’s just boiled chicken with BBQ sauce added after the fact, its gross and their chicken smells bad.
If you order from here only order the fried chicken or the 24 karat gold wings. Stay away from anything «BBQ’ed».

Sooo this place is literally a few blocks from my house. I should of just gone and picked it up, but it was a cold night so I opted for delivery. Took about an hour because the driver apparently delivers to Englewood first. that stinks cause my food chilled in a car for 30 extra mins making it arrive as room temp. So delivery definitely a 1. but I hoped that the food would make up for it. I ordered the 20 piece chicken wing meal. First off I never got my soft drink. maybe the driver got thirsty on his long drive? Second my wings were these teeny tiny wings… it was like chewing on a chicken bone. Then the mashed potatoes .they were like a lumpy paste obviously made from potato flakes with a flavorless gravy… them not being warm didnt make them any better. Then topped it off with a stale roll… Not something I will want anytime soon.

The quality of the food wasn’t what I expected it to be. The chicken was to simple as comparing it to other restaurants. although the staff was kind I didn’t really like the way they answered questions. But I really liked the décor, that really caught my eye.

My friends and I were fairly disappointed with our meal from Chicken & Rib Crib. Their prices are relatively high considering what they give you. We ordered several lunch specials that included chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. The chicken, which was the best part of the meal, was cooked well but was very greasy. Some of us ordered mashed potatoes as a side for our lunch specials and it came in a tiny cup that took less than three bites to finish. The fries were decent but didn’t taste as good as we were hoping and the biscuit was a joke. It was extremely dry and had no flavor at all. I threw mine away after a single bite.
Overall, Chicken & Rib Crib is a decent eatery, I would give them a try, but only for their chicken.
