Wife went here for breakfast this morning. She said she walked in no one greeted her. She said she saw a sign saying it was a «cash only restaurant» so she used the ATM there. She said she continued to wait and finally saw a waitress and asked if she could be seated and the waitress said«yeah where ever is clean!» She sat down at a clean table and the two waitresses saw her sitting there and completely ignored her while they continued to have small talk with people. She said they made eye contact with her several times and never came over to her table. She eventually got up and left without being served. Terrible service, way to lose a potential new customer.

I live down the block from Kelly’s Kitchen and sadly the strip mall location really didn’t make it like an appealing place to have breakfast. Thankfully my Unilocal app compared it to my ALLTIME favorite bfast spot — Old Croydon Café — so I decided to give it a shot. Overall, a solid old school diner experience. The inside of the place is a lot more modern than I expected, also much more spacious. It has plenty of seating room for parties mostly of 4 and singles at the bar top. Our server was very friendly and came promptly giving us the daily specials. The prices are great for the amount of food you get, especially during the week! I decided to order the Bensalem Special — 1 pancake, 1 french toast, 1 sausage, homefries, bacon, AND two eggs over easy — ALL of this only $ 8.50! Needless to say I got through half and was STUFFED. You can easily share this plate with one other person. As for the pancake, it was very regular, nothing notable. The homefries were fancy, I love when places add some spice. They also had a huge list of omlettes that I would like to try. Our server was friendly and kept our coffee cups full — which I love. I even asked for a spoonful of the gravy for future ordering reference and she brought out a small bowl and it was delicious. I would definitely come back and make sure to bring CASH!

Kelly’s is a fantastic place for breakfast! They are CASHONLY but it’s worth stopping at the ATM because this place is awesome!!! The wait staff is very friendly, inviting and engaging! They take your order quickly and provide the food in a very reasonable time. And the food is AWESOME!!! The breakfast bagel sandwiches and the pancakes are delicious!!! I highly recommend trying Kelly’s for breakfast if you like a small, friendly diner with great food and friendly locals!!!

This is about as average as you can get. No frills. Nothing special. Food is meh and service is hit or miss. Bacon is some of the worst I’ve tried.

Kelly’s Kitchen is the actual name of this breakfast/lunch café sitting at the bottom of Bristol Road in Bensalem. It has a nice counter with about a dozen spinners, and an equal number of tables, but the kitchen is in the back of the house so you can’t see the meals being prepared, nor smell of the bacon on the grill. The service is good with prompt offers of coffee refills and light banter to make you feel at home. My Kelly’s Irish Omelet was a three egger with Onions, Peppers and Cheddar alongside a huge pile of crispy Home Fries, and Rye Toast. I thought the eggs could have been lighter in texture if mixed with a little water before cooking, and there wasn’t a whole lot of the veggies inside the eggs. It was a bit underwhelming for a House Special. The potatoes and toast were both fine. The absence of credit card acceptance is annoying in today’s world, and retailers who choose not to make their customer’s lives easier in this regard should be called to account. While the room and service were fine, the food was not consistently exceptional, and the Cash Only policy shows a lack of true concern for its customers. Hard to get past A-OK.

Dont get confused with Kellys kitchen and Kellys Café both the same place. The food is good. Prices are great. And so clean on the inside and looks quite new to. Food comes out fast. Like how they bring out half and half and French Vanilla creamer. So get to choose what you want. And it’s cash only!

This is a good place to eat breakfast on the regular. It’s spacipis inside and a quaint little diner with a home modern feel. The service is friendly and always brings me a smile each time. I enjoy my pancakes and waffles here, but love their chipped beef for when I’m feeling adventurous in the morning.
