So far it has been a great experience they gave me a treatment plan itemized with cost as to what they would recommend and then prioritized them so that I could make decisions based on what I could afford

I have been under the care of Dr. Andy for several years now. He is thorough, gentle, and takes the time to explain things to whatever level of detail I needed.
During my time with this clinic, I had a couple of crowns done, as well as one dental implant. Two out of the three crowns required multiple attempts to fit properly. In a couple of cases, I had to go back to get new molds cast because of some issue with the previous casting or the actual crown itself. This wasn’t all that much fun and resulted in extended periods with temporary crowns.
I think one might need to be a bit wary of some of the junior dental hygienists. One of them scraped so vigorously (and painfully) at one crown during a routine cleaning that it cracked the next day. This required several repeated visits to get a replacement that fit properly. However, Dr. Andy did not charge at all for the replacement crown. You definitely have to give him style points for that.
They have recently informed me that they will no longer be a MetLife preferred provider. I am a bit saddened by that. On the other hand, I have learned that some other dentists in town use ultrasonic cleaning. The Timm clinic does not use this equipment. That might’ve saved me from the ordeal of replacing a broken crown.

Best dentist office I’ve been to in a long time. The dental hygienist was gentle, the dentist was super friendly & knowledgeable.
Plus all of the office staff was super helpful

i used to get my dental care at Timm family dental but because of the health insurance i got they dont take it so i can’t be treated at timm family dental anymore they are so wonderful and the staff is wonderful my dentist was dr andy timm and i liked him alot he will always be my number one dentist and i look forward to going back to him in the future when i have some different health insurance of course but i would highly recommend timm family dental and dr andy timm he is so wonderful and very caring to his patients you will love him as much as i do he might not be my dentist anymore or right now but he will always be my dentist know matter what new dentist i get he can never replace dr andy timm!
