The iPhone Professor

I am a total out of towner and quick need of replacement of my shattered screen. Pricing is pretty close if not cheaper than in SF and they had it finished pretty fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. FYI. You don’t need to provide you password just do a walkthrough once it’s fixed.

Very happy with the service to replace the battery in my iPhone 5s. Without an appointment, and on a busy day for their office, they were able to replace my battery and charge the new one in less than 45 minutes. I’ll use them every time now.

Very professional and helpful. All I had was a broken iPhone screen but they were on top of the situation. If anything goes wrong with my tech toys again I will use these guys every time.

I had my iPad air screen and LCD screen fixed by the iPhone professor and I am very happy with my results. Not only were they quick with this repair but the cost was very reasonable. I definitely plan to use their services again if I have another unfortunate accident. An iron went through my iPad and cracked the screen and punctured the LCD which they fortunately were able to fix

My iPhone 5S wasn’t charging. I walked in prepared to to pay for installation of a new charging subsystem. The tech first checked the socket and cleaned out a bunch of cruft. He tested it and it was successfully charging. I walked out 2 minutes later with a working phone… at no cost. These guys rock!

I live in Redmond, so before I made my very small journey into Bend, I researched a few companies online. I found these guys & really liked their website, especially because it LISTED THE PRICES of the screen repair. Very easy to navigate through & all the prices are listed by what type of device you may have. I gave them a quick call & the super friendly lady who answered the phone was very helpful. Since I live in Redmond I wanted to know the turn around time. I didn’t want to have to kill 2 – 3 hours & was hopeful I could get it done quickly. She spoke with her tech & advised they could turn the screen repair around within 30 minutes to one hour. I was definitely happy to hear that!
The place is easy to find & had plenty of parking. The people that work there are super chill & friendly. They remembered me from my phone call & knew I was from Redmond. She let her tech know I drove a little to get there & he immediately took the phone back to get started. They said it would take about 20 minutes. THAT WAS AWESOME! So, I went back out to my car & listened to the radio. I walked back in right at the 20 minute mark, thought I’d have to wait a few minutes, which would have been no big deal BUT the phone was already DONE! I was super happy!
Very happy with the friendly staff AND very happy with the repair. They will be at the top of my recommendation list. These guys/​gals are awesome!

Took in my iPhone 4s with broken on/​off button. Waited while they fixed it and had some coffee and donuts. In less than an hour it was ready to go, I even had them install a tempered glass screen protector. All for under $ 70 and very friendly and professional. I’ll definitely go back if I have a need in the future.

AMAZING SERVICE! I was in such a rush but really needed my phone fixed so they were nice enough to do a rush order on mine and finished it in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. Best place to go to!

My 2 year old son threw my wife’s iPhone across the room shattering both the front and back screen. Shortly after, he stepped on our iPad. Needless to say, I was very excited to find out there was someone right here in Bend who could fix the glass on both of my devices at a reasonable cost and have them back to me within just a couple of hours.
