This company is a rip off. Do not use this company. I called and they told me 35 dollars per hour total. After they cleaned they said «35 dollars per person» not total. They want to charge me 350.00 for their clean and the normal rate I have always paid to clean my house is 100 – 150 dollars.

I bought myself a birthday present and decided on a house cleaning. I had never had my house professionally cleaned before. Donna and her crew were amazing!!! Making my appointment was so easy, she assured me she was licensed and bonded and all I had to do was take a shopping day and the crew would do the rest. I came home to the amazing smell of clean and a spotless home. I loved it so much I decided on twice a month! Getting a quote was simple and I was good to go. The billing is super simple and the girls are fantastic!

Fine job cleaning, the girls she sent were very cordial and hardworking, however the manager was not clear about the pricing. She originally quoted my 25 dollars an hour, but failed to mention that it was actually 25 dollars/​hour/​per person and that she would be sending three girls. I emailed my issue with the bill and she never got back in touch. Today I called to speak about my issue and she claimed she did not receive my correspondence and I should have already known that it was 25/​hour/​per person. She also made a disparaging remark about hispanic cleaners. My husband is hispanic. This did not sit well with me. I will not be using or recommending this service.
