By far the best place in Bend specializing in video games! A+ for selection– I am sad that they did away with their older generation consoles and games a few years ago, but i can understand that they were probably taking up space that could be used for hot selling items. I have been able to find some random games that were harder to come by online.
A for price– very competitive (I have walked out with decent games for under $ 4.99)
Customer Service can be a little hit or miss– but no one is ever flat out rude to you– mostly the employees might be in a deep conversation about a game or something similar and you just need to get their attention. They tend to employ younger hardcore gamers– so I just have to remember what I was like in my late teens early 20s and then add on being surrounded by a store full of awesome!
They have a great online hold system I have used on a few occasions because i did not have time to browse the shelves for a certain game.
I also like that GameStop is also starting to carry fun Pop Culture nic nak items!!!

It had been lots of years since I bought a game console and now that I have kids, well, I bought a new one. Since not knowing much about the new gaming terms technology or even what was out there I called GameStop. Evan was very helpful over the phone and gave me such good information that I drove right down there and bought a PS3. Evan had such great customer service in the fact that he was not scared to ask another employee Rachael for some advise since I have kids. Even when Rachael was helping answer questions, Evan did not just pass the buck over to her. He still was there helping out. Because of the help I got from both employees, I bought more than I had planned on. Thanks again Evan and Rachael.

Pretty much the same as the rest of the Gamestops out there. The staff at this store has always been friendly when I have visited and appear knowledgeable. I am giving it four stars since I was able to find a copy of Rez for the PS2.

This is a typical video game store that sells consoles, games, and accessories. They also buy & sell used games & equipment.
I went shopping here today for a Nintendo Wii after they confirmed that they had some Wii consoles in stock — which is still often sold out and hard to find. So props go to them for that.
They have a fairly large selection of new & used games for all the popular consoles, as well as older consoles. I even saw some older used consoles for sale there.
If I had a complaint about this location, it would be that it’s a little small. They have always had customers in there when I’ve been there, and today it seemed especially crowded. They could definitely use a bigger space!
