I truly can’t believe that this place is still in business. Terrible service, the older bartender with glasses who seems to always wear a hat is without a doubt the rudest bartender in bend. And the food, awful. If you order the simplest thing on any menu (chicken strips) watch out! We ordered two baskets of chicken strips both of them were completely raw! We were two of about 6 total people in the bar, so they weren’t busy. Get your act together Corey’s your giving Bend a bad name. You are a stain on this town.

Great dive bar we found open on Christmas night. Tons of locals. Strong drinks.

Pleasantly surprised by Corey’s on my dive bar tour of Bend.
We went for breakfast (not football), they don’t claim to be a sports bar. That said, there are several TV’s and we had a nice view of the Seahawks game during our meal.
Layout is such that if you come with the family they have a nice «non-​bar» seating area in the front, booth seating and tables. More than acceptable for the youngers. Venture back and you get to the bar area. We sat at the bar and were served by Katy bartender/​server extraordinaire. Super friendly and great service.
I had the chicken fried steak My go-​to item for breakfast when eating out. Hashbrowns cripsy, eggs over easy, english muffin. All cooked perfectly. Sausage gravy, I added pepper, but that’s just me. Enjoyed it, very good. Would definitely order again. My man had a burger. I had read him the Unilocal reviews on the drive down to the place and there were several mentions of the hand formed burgers and that it was! Looked great, cooked perfectly and the bacon was thick and crisp. Thumbs up. I’m going to only call out one small issue, they have organic ketchup, yuck. I’m a Heinz/​Hunts girl, so duly noted.
Two meals, a bloody mary and a beer — $ 30. Works for me.

Service at bar was great. As for the karaōke, good system. The main issue is the karaōke DJ is very partial to her regulars and doesn’t have a fair rotation. I watched many singers that were put up for multiple songs as I was skipped over. Obviously she didn’t realize she had someone who use to run karaōke for several years and knows how to be fair to all the singers including the regulars.
You may fool someone who is inebriated, but not a person who is drinking pop and water.

Food was very good. Burgers were hand made. The waitress in the restaurant side was very nice. The reason for 2 stars is the bar side.
We sat down and waited for 10 min while the bar staff just looked at us. They were not extremely busy. We had to walk up to the bar to order food and drinks. Bad customer service. We will not return.

Old style bar and grill. Food is really good, drinks are great, the people there are quirky, and the music is usually playing. There is one pool table in good shape, and it’s well lit, and oregon lottery games. One of my favorites.

Jocelyn. She’s the bartender. If you (for some cruel reason) find yourself at Corey’s, ask for Jocelyn. She will ruin your life, bartenderly speaking. I have literally been waiting for 45 minutes for her to bring me the three drinks that I ordered AND PAID FOR. See the attached photo for business levels.

Stopped in at this place with the wife on 4^th of July surprisingly not that many people in here only 10 people in when we came in, in 4 groups including ours. The waitress a large blonde haired woman took her time chatting with people she knew rather than doing her job! Took 15 minutes to take our order and another 30mins to come back to us to inform us that they were out of potatoe salad, another 20 min later we reviewed our food witch by that time we had to get it to go. Food was great but the waitress thoroughly sucked we watched as she talked to friends who came in and out multiple times while others food sat on the order window for 10 minutes getting cold before she walked it the 15 feet to customers tables. Then after that upon being ready to leave she didn’t tell us the price and didn’t have a receipt or anything apparently the computers where down and she said she would have had to hand write it out. Perhaps instead of talking to your friends you could have written down our order when we ordered it and given us a receipt like your job would entail. 1 star review if it weren’t for the guys in the back cooking the food! Quality of food was great service worst ever!

Hands down best bar in bend. Great bartenders. Great drinks. Great food. Great music. Great vibe. No attitude here. Just real people enjoying themselves. And the food is shockingly good for a dive bar.

Craving eggs Benedict. And this is the place to get them. Bloody Mary’s ain’t too shabby either.

This is a very fun dive bar with pool table and little hang out area out back. It is a bit tiny, and there is only one pool table and not much seating. Not sure what the food is about, in no hurry to try it out. But they serve all the good beers and have a juke box so fun bar to stop in for a drink.

Great local bar with a welcoming and friendly staff. Day time food is delish and after dark this is a bar to visit for good times and old friends. 5 stars in my book all day long try the tots! And drink local.

Oh man do I love Corey’s. I don’t live in Bend anymore, but when I visit, I go to Corey’s. The bartenders are legit and super nice. The drinks are cheap and well-​made. I don’t pretend to understand the appeal of video poker, so I could do without that aspect of the bar.
The last time I went there on a Sunday night there was Karaōke with Big John. I kind of hate karaōke, but this was fantastic. There was a gentleman who whistled rather than sang, and I was delighted. Please don’t ever change, Corey’s – you are one of my favorite places.

I have been living out of a tent with pretty much just my wheelchair and making eclectic arts and writing a variety of poetry for 22 months, as well as making oils from herbs, etc. AND PROPER EDUCATION OF SERVICE ANIMAL ETIQUETTE TO EMPLOYEES IS A VERY COMMON THING NOT TAUGHT BY EMPLOYERS APPROPRIATELY

Classic dive bar!

This place was awesome. Their prices were reasonable and their service was phenomenal. I ordered a gin and tonic and the bartender offered to muddle my lime, no bartender in the world ever offers to muddle my limes.

My favorite hole in the wall. We have history, and it’s where I met my SO. So gotta love the place.
Yes, it’s a dive, and that’s part of its charm. I was kinda bummed when they took the second pool table out to make room for more video poker, though.
My favorite bartenders were of course, Bonnie, and then Mel and Kris, (no longer there), but some of the new people are good, too, and I’ve never had a bartender I didn’t like thus far.
As for the food, they say «it’s not your average greasy spoon» on the menu and the burgers are great, sandwiches usually decent, fries are good and they’ll make cheese fries upon request that are just smothered. Wonderful late night grease fest. What more can you ask for when it’s past midnight?
