Jordyn was so helpful, friendly and kind along with the other ladies working there! I called ahead of time to tell them that I was looking for a pageant gown and what my budget was and Jordyn stocked my room before I arrived with some great dresses to try. Among them was my «winner» gown that I just love! The ladies that were working there when I came both times were all very nice, supportive and patient with me. I would totally recommend trying out this shop. I had a great experience there!

My experience at Cordially Invited was nothing short of amazing and I’m shocked to see reviews from people saying otherwise. Jordyn, the consultant that worked with me, did a wonderful job at making my first wedding dress shopping experience fun and stress free! I went in with a vision of what I thought I wanted and was able to try on lots of dresses in that style. Once I figured out that the style I originally wanted didn’t really work for me, Jordyn helped me figure out what really looked great on me and helped me find a dress that I absolutely love! Thank you for an amazing experience that I got to share with my mom, sisters, and cousins!

They are awful! We went to Cordially Invited alterations to get alterations for our bridesmaids dresses and she literally did the bare minimum on some things and straight up did nothing on others and STILL charged us for it. I took one dress and showed them that it hadn’t been done, and had my refund for it. The second dress wasn’t done right either, and when we took it in to argue the charges and alterations and she got argumentative and aggressive and refused to fix what she had messed up. I would give this zero stars if I could. One of the bridesmaids is a wedding coordinator and will warn her clients against doing business with these people in the future

Cordially invited, more like discordially ripping you off. There is nothing cordial about the people that work there. the lady that helped us was very reluctant to do so even when we were paying for a $ 80 baptism dress. She was quiet and looked like she was forced to help us. When we asked to see a wedding dress, she was reluctant to even show us anything, and when she did she didnt seem to care what we were looking for. Once my cousing picked her dress the worker put her in a room and left her to put the dress on her self and went back out to talk to her coworker.

Went here with my daughter and large party of family/friends for wedding dress shopping. Had an 11 am appointment and we were there 3 hours. Jordyn helped us and was amazing. She made sure we all had seats and bottled waters. But the best part was how well she listened to my daughters wants and not wants. Every dress she recommended was very close to perfect. My daughter had something very specific in mind and wanted something unique. After lots of dress trying on, she decided on a specific one. But since we had an appointment the next day at another bridal shop she decided to hold off on buying. The shop itself is big and the dressing rooms huge, they have an excellent and varied selection. The dress my daughter picked out was exactly what I expected to pay. In the end my daughter got a dress from the other shop, which was a little more spendy. But when she put it on we knew it was the one. I would have loved to give Cordially my business since their service was so wonderful. But I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bridal dress.

I went into this store initially with a decent budget, reaching closer to my wedding date, some of our savings was depleted due to unexpected repairs, and my budget was lower. I went in and told the sales staff my budget was much lower and had the greatest experience! The sales staff advised me I could get any bridesmaids dress in white or ivory for a fraction of the cost! That was truly thinking outside the box! I picked out a beautiful dress, and thought that was that! My dress came in and I did my fitting with a woman upstairs. It could have been better, I wasn’t advised I needed to go to the bridal store downstairs first, and bring my dress up to her, so it was a little awkward when I got there, but no biggie. A few weeks later, I was called by the seamstress and told my dress was ready, and she told me to call the store and speak to them about steaming it. So, I call the store and they tell me only if I paid more than a certain amount for the dress would they steam it for free. I expressed, between the alterations and veil there, I was now getting close to doubling my budget. I was told something along the lines of, that’s to be expected, or that’s not unusual. No sympathy… just keep forking out the dough is what it felt like. She asked me to hold and set the phone down. I could then HEARHER in the background speaking to someone about it, that they«normally do it for free, BUT…» I then felt like a criminal, THEIR sales staff talked me into going this cheaper route, all unicorns and rainbows until I actually got the dress then I felt like a cheap beggar. When they got back on the phone they gave me a price, I was so upset by that point, I said I would probably just figure out another way. They made it very clear that if I went anywhere else it would be much more, and they were really doing me a favor.(Got a $ 50 steamer from wal-mart and I did the entire wedding parties outfits btw…) I told them I would come pick up my dress. I went to get my dress and they couldn’t find it. I didn’t stress, since I had to do all the transporting from the bridal shop 20 feet to the alterations before, it was probably up there. So after waiting about 10 minutes for her to look in back, she told me she would look upstairs. So I waited another 10 minutes or so, she came back and said if it’s up there she didn’t want to move anything if the alteration lady had things her own way. LUCKILY for me there is an awesome gamer store next door, so I went over there for another 15 – 20 minutes and got a call that they had my dress. I took my dress and went home. Overall, the lady that does the alterations was the least-irritating part of this shop… UNTIL… I was steaming my dress and looked at the sash in the back of my dress, she had asked if I wanted it shortened, I told her yes, and it was added to my alterations bill, SHEJUSTCUTIT! It is not sewn, or anything, literally just cut. Not to mention the rest of the work I could have done myself. Very disappointing, a few pickups with one stitch, boob pads with 4 stitches each and a straight up cut sash. I will not recommend anyone do business there, they made what was supposed to be a happy time into a really awkward one.

This review is related only to the tuxedo rental service at Cordially Invited. We were married in Sunriver and had a very bad experience with the tuxedos we rented from Cordially Invited. Most of the groomsmen and the ring bearer in our wedding party were coming from out of town so had to send in their measurements, but my brother and husband were able to go in person to get fitted for their tuxes. Quite a few of the jackets, vests, and pants were off in size, but the major problem was my brother’s rental. His jacket was much too small, his pants were probably 2 – 3 sizes too large, and came without a zipper. Further, his outfit was missing shoes, and we realized all this hours before the wedding when the groomsmen received their outfits. Thankfully, the resort staff was wonderful and miraculously found some shoes and black duct tape for the pants. My brother still ended up having to leave the reception to change so his pants weren’t falling down all night. Our ring bearer’s outfit was also missing shoes, and when my aunt realized this and called the store, they said to come back into town to pick them up(a 30 minute drive from Sunriver, on the day before the wedding, in the midst a lot of other events we had going on). My aunt was told the store would be open until a certain time that evening, and when she arrived well before that time, they were closed. So, our ring bearer ended up wearing flip flops. The staff was apologetic about our situation, and they promised they would be in touch with us to «make it right». It has now been almost four weeks and none of us have been contacted by Cordially Invited. I felt compelled to write this review because I wouldn’t want anyone else to have this experience with their tuxedo rentals on their big day.

Wow, I’m shocked I’m only the second one to post on here… This shop was wonderful! The selection was excellent, it was warm and inviting, and Kelly was incredible! My sister and I are both engaged and looking for our wedding dresses for next year(yikes, two weddings!). Kelly was beyond helpful and made us both feel wonderful. I am excited to come back here! Thanks Kelly :)
