Customer service is alive and well at the GAP old mill in Bend. I needed to do an exchange on an item that was on sale, I used two coupons and got an extra 10% off for 10% Tuesday. Basically… close to free. They did not have my size, so they ordered the item from another store, had it shipped to my house and did not charge me an extra penny! GAP clothing is well made, stylish and not trendy, the best clothing investment you can make, no matter what the price point of your closet is!

Love Gap. Don’t live this store. Service was too pushy but then they had no idea how to look jeans up online for me to order my size. Also mis communicated the sale as entire store when it had several exclusions. Bummer because I really like Gap as a company.

In the last couple of years I’ve become a fan of Gap. Imagine my surprise when all the Portland classic stores have now come to Central Oregon.
So, when we were strolling the mall area, I had to stop in and check out the scene. It is what you would expect, the same stock in all there other stores. I was pleasantly surprised that it was less crowded than other Gaps I had been in. The economy or Central Oregon on a Saturday, you make the call.
I didn’t really see much this time that I was interested in. The Gap itself is hit or miss I usually love there clothes one time and the next time I can’t find anything interesting. I found a sale t-​shirt on sale for $ 6 and when I got to the register it was on sale that day so I walked out with a $ 2 shirt.
Great service, very helpful.
