Chris is my hero! He swooped in and saved the day! When buying my dream home he made everything come together smoothly, which was so refreshing because I had gone thru 3 other brokers trying to buy the home. Many hurdles to jump, but the appraisal process for each lender was the hardest. They each said «2 months out» due to rural area. I was feeling defeated but then I saw on Unilocal Chris had great reviews so I put all my faith in him! He stepped in, found an appraiser quickly and kept me in the loop! Even when there was nothing to report– he would check in. Before I had Chris on board the whole process was a nightmare that had already taken 2 months! But he quickly «sailed the ship all the way home» and it was nothing but smooth waters! Thank you Chris you have no idea how much I appreciate all you did for me.

Excellent experience! Chris Starling made the often arduous process of buying a home feel very easy. As a first time home buyer, I had numerous questions and concerns and Chris answered all of them promptly and with a high degree of clarity.

Chris at Arbor Mortgage was extremely helpful and professional.
