Eclectic mix of items new and vintage for the home and garden and person, all creatively displayed in this cozy, funky, delightful little store. Add in reasonable prices and an owner who is charming and knowledgeable and you have a winner of a shopping experience. I was in Fabulous Finds a couple of times in the old location, on Bend’s east side and liked it then. It is even better now that it has moved to a westside location. As much as stores exude personality, this store has one that is joyful. On the cusp of Bend’s downtown in the alley between Franklin and Greenwood(190NE Irving), my hubby calls this kind of location a «tucker». That is you have to know it is there to see and find it. Fabulous Finds is both worth the search and fun to discover. My friend calls this a «go slow shop». That is there are so many things to look at inside and so cleverly merchandised that you need to go slow to take it all in so you don’t miss something. On my most recent visit last week there were new small benches, vintage suitcases and trunks in great shape(maybe worth a pause to say everything in the store that is vintage is in great shape), old books worthy of being décor pieces, jewelry, home accessory and gift items from chic to rustic, wall art, interesting metal tubs in which to tuck plants or magazines and a plethora of other fun things. Since I was sans camera on the couple of times I’ve been into the new location and you really do need to peek inside, I’ve added in a couple photos from FB. Recommend you go in because you’ll see Fabulous Finds is even that the good photos suggest when you shop there in person. TIPS: 1) I hear the store sponsors an outdoor flea market of sorts one day a month during nice weather. Check in with the owner, Matina, for more information. 2) Equal access entry now that the store has relocated to this westside location(which was once home to Austin Tile’s warehouse) as it has a ramp up from the parking lot. 3) Portland hq’d remodeling expert contractors Neil Kelly company have a small showroom on the backside of the building that houses Fabulous Finds. If you canoodling a project, NK might be a good pop in after you shop at FF.

I love this shop and couldn’t believe when I drove up to see it gone. Good news — they moved closer to town and have a bigger space and greater selection of gifts. I had to find a quick birthday gift for a girlfriend and knew this was my go-to boutique. You’ll find them at 190NE Irving Avenue(off of 2nd).
