I had a broken glass pane that needed replacing. I took it to Bend Glass & Mirror for the new pane. They promised it would be done by the end of the day. No call. This was a Friday so I had to wait until Monday to pick up the pane. I took it home and found the glass would not fit into the frame. It was cut too big. I took it back to have another piece cut. They promised it would be done by the end of the day. Again, their promise was empty.
My overall experience in this store was not pleasant. The staffs were not at all friendly and when I brought back the pane that they cut to the wrong size I got no apology for their mistake.
I will shop elsewhere next time I need glass or mirrors.
